This bra is not adjustable at all. There are no underwires, no cups. I don't think it would be comfortable for those with higher cup sizes on the same band size either, without alteration. The size chart isn't intuitive, bras are not t-shirts, so I had guessed and bought size 8.
20 pounds ago, and 3-4 inches of chest perimeter ago, it was tight. Now, it fits like a glove. (Recent measurements: standing bust ~34in, leaning bust ~36in, and underbust ~28.5).

Having said the disclaimers about how this brand won't work for everyone, I actually really like this bra. It's my go-to for any workout where I'm going to be moving a lot, I kept the padding so everything is nice and tight. I like how there's a zip front, it makes the bra really easy to put on/take off. Also it's cute.
