Note: My current size is around a 32F, my left breast is in between an F and FF cup.
If you want to order this bra, I would recommend sister sizing a band size up, and maybe a cup size up as well. This bra runs small in the band and the cups.

First off, the band fits like a 30 (I'm a 32), so I do have to wear an extender. Secondly, the wires are actually TOO narrow for me, which I think is what's causing it to be painful. And thirdly, because this is close to a plunge shape, my breasts fall out a bit in the middle. This I did expect, as my breasts are very soft, and plunges don't work for me for that reason. My breasts have also grown some since I bought this bra, so now the cups are too small.
I do love that this bra has 3 rows of hooks; I wish more bras in my size came that way!

If the wires were a tad wider, and the gore taller, I would buy this bra again in a sister size up, and perhaps a cup size up as well (ideally a half cup size up).
