Didn't fit

This bra is absolutely stunning. It’s described as having gold details, but personally I would describe it as more tan and bronze-definitely not gold. The lace has such a soft and subtle shine to it, with just a tad of stretch. The bow in the middle feels cheap in comparison to the rest of the bra, but it looks ok. There is nice side support in the cups. No stretch in the cups at all except for the lace top.

I was worried about this bra not having enough projection so I ordered my typical size of 30DD and a size up of 30E. Projection doesn’t seem to be an issue at all, I would describe it as having decent immediate projection. I cannot fill up this 30E at all; I suspect in the 30DD(which I haven’t received yet) I will still have wrinkling up top, as my short roots typically can’t fill most bras, especially full cups, but that it should fit me much better than this 30E. This bra is beautiful enough to be kept at least as a bedroom bra even if it doesn’t fit perfectly in my usual size.

I’m no expert by any means, but I feel like a full round breast would fit this bra wonderfully.

Oh my god! This is the one that I tried on Friday that was such a huge fail for me! I had no idea what style it was. Now I do. I’m glad that it’s good (better) for you.

  • Ahh Calluna I’m sorry it was a fail! I hate when I fall in love with a bra, only to receive it and it be a fail :-( I’m hoping the smaller size is a better win for me. They also make a balconette style but since it’s a thin foam I’m guessing it’s probably shallow and not worth the time. I’m a bargain shopper so I’m afraid of investing in an EM(well investing in the shipping) only for it to fail.

  • It was the bit of elastic that lined the top of the cup that was the biggest problem. I had the same problem with it cutting into my tissue regardless of the size (I tried a 30F and 30FF). The cup was also a bit too tall. My roots are taller but also shallow so the elastic cut into the taller roots but was simultaneously looking for fuller and/firmer tissue on top.
