I love this bra. It is a sports crop top. It does squish the breasts together and flatten a bit as it is a crop top and doesn´t have any cups. It is the most comfortable thing to wear. I use for yoga or around the house, cleaning, going to the supermaret etc. However i wouldn´t wear this to work as being a crop top it doesn´t give the right shape under work clothes. But for yoga i think it looks good and if i get too hot i don´t mind taing my top off and being seen in this (I mean at yoga - not just down the street1).

The body feels nice and firm and i get goood uplift and support. However although it is a sports top and i think it is very supportive i wouldn´t want to do high impact exercise in it. Good for walking and yoga but not for running. Although as it is a crop top i think a range of sizes could weat it so people with smaller breasts may find it is fine for more vigorous exercise too.

I bought the 10 ( Australian 10 which i think is the same as UK 10). I wear 28ff bra but think this could also work for a range of sizes like 34b 32d etc.
