This was my first ewa michalak bra. I got it second hand, and it turned out to be too big for me but it helped me figure out my sizing in ewa. In case anyone is not familiar with the BM style, it runs ~1 size big in the cups as compared to ewa michalak's padded styles. I also find ewa bands to run small in general, with some running really small. BMs are just regular-small. I like a 30, sometimes 32 in UK band sizing, and this 70 band feels perfect.
There's a nonstretch beige mesh backing in the lower part of the cups, and stretch lace at the tops of the cups. If you're undecided on cup size, I would go with the smaller size. If you're a little small for the BM cups they will wrinkle, but if you're a little large for them the stretch lace just stretches and accommodates pretty well.
