Didn't fit
The band is a bit on the smaller side, measuring just 27" so if you're a true 28 this probably won't fit nicely. The cups for me were a bit wide and shallow, while quadding at the top. I think it's a cute bra with the bright colors but sadly it's a no for me.Bright yellow and pink colorway
