Found the new format 100percentawesome is using really helpful, so I'm gonna yoink it, if that's okay. https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" />

Shape: Projected, even-center full, narrow-tall roots, soft tissue.

THE TAKEAWAY: It's a 3HC (three-section or two-seam half-cup) with plenty of projection and a very uplifted round shape. A bit too closed on top for my shape, which causes quadding in the HH (my usual size). The jade color is stunning, and the black ribbon embellishment really elevates the design (and was my original motivation for choosing the half-cup instead of the plunge). It's not quite a t-shirt bra, though, because the seams show under ... thin material.

THE DETAILS: A bit frustrating. The 32HH quads, but the gore tacks; here, the gore doesn't quite tack, which results in a bit of gaping on my right side, which in turn impacts the roundness of the fit. (I'm mostly symmetrical, to the point where sometimes it seems like the left is a little bigger, sometimes it seems like the right is...) This could also be being caused by my center-fullness.

Wellfitting's 365 day return policy means I'll be holding onto this bra for a while as I consider the fit (it's so beautiful and so close...), but I think I'll go ahead and send back the 32HH, which is DEFINITELY too small...

ETA: Okay, I'm coming around to thinking this is actually too big in the cups; that as a result, my center fullness is pushing the soft wires out of shape in the middle, causing the gaping and the odd shape.

Alternate solutions: harder wires might make this size work, or a more open cup on the HH, which I think would serve me better in a half cup than it did in the Pl Blekitek I bought the other day. (Too little support when combined with its very low gore; I ran a block or so and then had to stop because it hurt.)

    • I'm flattered that you yoinked the format, carry on! Glad it's useful :D

    • <3 I didn't do it just here but I was also sleepy. I think it's a great way of structuring these.

This one didn't fit, but the fit for me is very similar to what I get from 32HH in Comexim plunges. Check the 32J for more detail.

I mostly like this bra. I can wear it all day without feeling like I have to fidget with it to keep it in place or keep it from poking. It hides under a t-shirt if I wear a tank top underneath.

My favorite workhorse bra so far. Great for my narrow frame. Rounded shape.

It's eeeeever so slightly too small in the cup for me, but the lace trim is stretchy and compensates just enough to prevent quad boob.

This cup runs a little bit larger than the Wellfitting/Comexim's Extra Deep Plunge model.

I love this bra! It's my best fit yet in terms of both lift, form & comfort. This model lifts my girls and brings everything up front. Not only do I get a nice rounded profile, I look better straight on, as well. I put on an older 34DD for comparison and having by breasts squashed sideways sure made me look bigger. I find the Basic to be quite comfortable, now that I'm accustomed to wearing a tighter band.

When I ordered this bra, I wore a 32FF/G. I took ABTF reddit recs, blog reviews, bratabase figures & the Comexim sizing into account when agonizing over which size to ... order. The consensus seemed to be to go up a band size and up a cup size. For me, this corresponded to Comexim's fit guide (I'm one of the rare people it worked for apparently). So, I ordered the Basic from Wellfitting (since it was my first Polish I wanted to have the return option) in a 75H and anxiously awaited it's arrival. Six weeks later it arrived and i was very happy to find that it fit pretty darn well! It took so long to arrive, though, that I'm now a 32F/30FF. So...I guess that means it's up 3 cups. Glad I went with Comexim's fit guide suggestion!

The only fit issues I have is that the gore doesn't tack properly. It's like the right side twists a bit. I've read that this might be due to Comexim's use of less rigid wires. It doesn't seem to affect the fit, however. I also have the teeniest bit of gaping in the center by the gore in the right cup. I'm not sure if that is due to the gore issue (since it's the right part of the gore that twists a bit), if my leftie is a smidge bigger (I've never compared them), or a fit issue. Honestly, it's barely noticeable- even under clothes. I just ordered 2 more directly from Comexim and had the straps moved inwards 2cm. I think that may resolve the issue.

Satisfied with the quality, and like the metal clasp. Fits well - it's almost as snug as a 55 band, but I've never gone swimming in it so I don't know how much it stretches. The ruching on the cups and the polka dots keep it from looking too much like a bra, but it's not great if you're looking for cleavage. Didn't arrive in time for vacation, so ended up returning it since I bought other tops.

This bra is so gorgeous and probably my best fit right now. The band isnt long enough to stay on my (i think) flared ribcage. The cups are perfect though. I'm shocked since comexim is consistently terrible on me, and cups are usually too tall for me and have too much upper room. These are perfect though https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_mrgreen.gif" alt=":D" />

I tried this bra in a 30K and a 30L and this 30L was a better fit, however, the band runs very tight. I'm a 30H/32GG in UK brands, leaning more towards the 30 bands now. I could not fasten this band without an extender. The top of the gore doesn't quite tack, but I often have that problem since my boobs are so close set and I have more center fullness. It's not uncomfortable though. The fabric on the outside of the cups has a pretty satiny shimmer to it, which adds a little bit of beauty to an otherwise basic beige bra. The seams are about as good as you can get as far as minor visibility through a t-shirt. The straps are backed with a soft fabric. They have a slight stretch to them and are fully adjustable. Very nice, well made bra. I'm going to return this one since it's too snug and I already have a 32K on order.

Its the first properly fitted bra I've bought so i cant really comment on the fit compared to other bras, but the quality seems excellent and the little bows add a nice cute touch to what would otherwise be a simple beige bra. In regards to sizing, i would definitely recommend going up a cup size in this brand. I had originally ordered a 26M, because i thought i was about a AUS 4J, which turned out to be too small in the cups, the 26N fits much better but i still think my equivalent Australian size would be a 4J.

UPDATE: I've concluded that this runs smaller and shallower overall than the Mimi. The cups are wrinkled (most likely permanently) partly because of those issues and partly because they were already wrinkled out of the box. http://i.imgur.com/BSbB5H5h.jpg

Also, the band is not quite as tight as I thought it was. It's a matter of figuring out which hook is easiest to do up first.

    Initial review:

I got this because it looked to be the same cut as my Comexim Mimi HC/Demi.

The band is quite small even though I sister-sized up, and the fact that it's a longline with 5 rows of hooks compounds the tightness problem.

The cups seem ... slightly taller and shallower than the Mimi's. When I have it on, it gives a slight sensation of floating, possibly due to the front band. However, the fit is quite similar: the cups appear to accommodate my immediate projection and are nicely closed/short on top for my FOB boobs. I do get some quadding in the gore area, but I am pretty center-heavy and also currently experiencing some swelling, so it doesn't worry me.

The material is soft and comfortable.

The cups seem to run big in this one, so I needed to go up to G. (This one and the Basic - thank goodness Wellfitting has free return/exhanges!) I love the blue satin, black trim, fits well, longline tends to ride up a little - needs more break-in time.
Overall - gorgeous. I also got the briefs in XS and the fit and look is fantastic.

    • hey, I'm confused if you found they ran big or small? also, how long did you find the longline portion? I got the abracadabra and I love it, but teh longline bit rolls up. Thanks :)

    • Oh good catch! The cups ran small, not big, so I needed to go up a cup size to get the same fit as other wellfitting / comexim bras I have. I had the same issue with the basic model- needed 26G.

The longline needed a little breaking in to fit right- nice and snug. It puckers a tiny bit in the front- not sure if it's the way it's sewn or my shape. Hope this is more helpful!

    • Lovely review! Abracadabra is one of those bras that I've always lusted after but could never afford (or justify the price of). It's a shame that the construction isn't top notch for that price! I've heard other complaints about the quality of Wellfitting's Comexim bras.

    • bonjourhi I decided to buy the Abracadabra from Wellfitting since I had a discount code and it was an exclusive, but to be honest with you I probably wouldn't do it again. The Comexim items they sell are marked up in price quite a lot compared to what Comexim themselves charge. I think it's only worth buying from Wellfitting if you're not sure of your size - they're very easy to order from as far as navigating their site, and they have a generous 100 day return policy. The caveat to that is that for me to post a return to them from Australia is going to cost a significant chunk of what I paid for the bra itself. I elected to sell a too-small Basic here instead of returning it for that reason - I got more of my money back that way.

I've ordered from Anna Pardal directly before and that was really easy since she speaks English, but I've never ordered direct from EM or Comexim before. My partner's done an EM order before (to buy me a present) and he said he didn't have any trouble, but the PayPal/shipping fees were a bit steep - on their site, postage to Australia is one of the more expensive options . EM also charge 23% value added tax (VAT) on their lingerie, the shipping and the PayPal fees, so it can be upwards of 100 AUD for one bra.

There's an Australian store, Brava Lingerie, that sells a small amount of EM. The bras are a bit more than what EM charges, but shipping etc is way cheaper since it's domestic. It's also a lot easier and cheaper to post a return for the same reason. If you sign up to their newsletter, they give you a 10% discount code as well.

I want to try ordering some of the new Comexim bras soon, so I'll write about that when I have the money. From what some of the American bratabasers have said it doesn't seem too hard, but I might have to get one of the Polish-speaking ladies here to help me.

PetiteCollegiate Thanks! :) I've definitely seen it's not just me, which is the other reason I'm hesitant to recommend ordering even the exclusives from Wellfitting. I'd like to be able to support a small business, but I just don't think that for most people it's going to be worth the money.

    • bonjourhi Oops, missed your last question. I've tried the S and CHP EM cuts. The S cut is more similar to the Comexim padded plunge cut. In my experience, the S cut gives very slightly more uplift, but it's a close call. both give very rounded shapes, but I feel like the S bra makes my boobs look a bit bigger and more in-your-face. I personally don't prefer it for this reason - also because Comexim wires are slightly narrower and the S is the tiniest bit too wide for me - but that's just how I feel. I've never tried a Comexim half cup, so I can't say how they'd compare to CHP.

This one fits the way I expect. Fabric is smooth, invisible under the fitted shirts I like to wear, no problems with seams showing. Yay, a bra that fits!

*This bra has a lowered center gore.

The band is very snug allowing me to wear it on the loosest set of hooks with a firm fit. The elastic is evenly distributed along the top and the bottom of the band, so no digging in. There are 3 columns and 3 rows of hooks in this size. The wires are nice and narrow with the side wings coming up high enough to contain all my flesh, but does not bite me in the armpits. The cups contain my breast and with the lowered center gore the underwires tac nicely. The seams on the cup may be visible under very thin tops, but not that bad IMO. The straps are fully adjustable with a firm stretch to them. There is a satin bow on the center gore as well as where the strap meets the cup. The cups Are well constructed with enough thickness to provide modesty on a chilly day.

  18. Beige Basic T-shirt Bra

Got this because I needed a nude and wanted an excuse to get another because they are so unparalleled for comfort and shape. This is the only plunge I can wear, and though my soft tissue would probably still do better in a higher gore, I certainly still need a plunge in my bradrobe. I don't need the narrow wires and would actually prefer them a touch wider, but it's fine.

I love it with a few caveats.

    1. The seams are extremely prominent, although they cut inward (into the soft foam) instead of outward. I don't care too much, but if I did, it would def ruin ... this as a tshirt bra for me.

    2. The band is incredibly tight and I'm not thrilled about its quality. This is a 38 band that stretches only to 36.5, largely due to the very firm elastic at its bottom. This digs in (even with an extender making the bra the correct length) because it's so much stronger than the powermesh-like material of the wings, which feels kind of gross and I don't love. The band is soooooo tight that it makes my boobs spill in the center if I take the extender off. Since I normally wear a 36 band I would be really nervous to order a 40 in Comexim, but apparently that's what I'd need.
