Here's what I've realized I need in a bra:
* Balconette, with high gores
* Vertical seaming is a bonus
* ... Deep cups
* Very close together cups
* Medium-width wires that don't go too high in the armpit or distort when the band is tight
* Soft wire channels/tubes that protect my bony ribcage and sternum
* Firm, resilient bands

- Panache is too high in the underwire and too wide-set (except the Tango Balconette, which still makes me flatter than I'd like)
- Cleo is too widely set and sometimes too shallow
- Freya isn't balconette-y enough, funnily shaped in the cups (probably because they all are too shallow?) and definitely not small enough in the band
- Ewa Michalak is so far away and I am wary of ordering from them again because I can't try them on
- Curvy Kate underwires stretch
- Parfait by Affinitas does not go large enough in the cups, even though I can wear some of their 30 bands just fine

If anyone in the States orders from EM and gets a 28GG-ish bra that doesn't fit, let me know! I might want to buy it from you!
