This is a very comfortable high impact sports bra. It fits me to a "T", and is comfortable to wear all day long. Since I bought it, it has stretched out a little, but is still very supportive. It's just a little hard to get on and off.

The padded cups fit me very well, and are supportive, but hide well under a T-shirt. The cookies are thicker than average. They are about 1/4" thick at the center of the cup.
