  1. Saffron Padded (2901)

This is a very pretty bra, nothing over the top, just some scrolling embroidery that is really nice. The fit is just a smidge small in the cups, but I'm keeping it as it's not terribly noticeable under clothing. It does have a bit looser fit in the band, more like the Casey or Jeanie as compared to the Charlotte or several of the others, so I imagine those who find the Casey or Jeanie too loose for a 30 band wouldn't be able to wear it too easily. Larger band sizes could possibly go down a band size and up a cup and still find a good fit. I'm comfortable staying with the 30 band.

This is another beautiful bra by Parfait by Affinitas. The color is just amazing. It's a deep teal blue that my pictures can't even come close to showing how nice it is. The embroidery across the top of the cups is in a very pretty silver. This fit much like any of the other Parfait bras and I think it's just that I've gained a few pounds and have gained a little size in the process. It's a very close fit, but enough of a quadboob effect that it just wouldn't look good with clothing. Hopefully I will be able to exchange it for a 30G and a better fit.

This is a very beautiful bra by Parfait by Affinitas. I wanted this to fit so badly! It's not an everyday style of bra, more of a boudoir bra in my opinion. There is beautiful lace detail on the straps, which makes me wonder how sturdy it would be if worn regularly. The lace detailing goes along the top of the cup, and around the bottom of the cup. I purchased this in black and purple and the purple lace really pops. There is a rhinestone ball at the center gore with a tassel detail that is very pretty. This is the padded cup version of the Tamara. I have put on a couple of pounds, so I'm sure that is playing into the cups being a bit too small. I think a 30G would be a better fit for me.

I bought this in both 30FF and 30F for comparison. I had the same issue with the Jeanie model, both could work, but the 30FF was just a bit better fit. This one had 3 hooks where the 30F has 2, so this feels a bit more supportive. It's super soft and comfortable, and one I can see getting a lot of regular use, as I wear a lot of t-shirts. Parfait is my favorite line of bras at this point, and I will keep buying them https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" />

Edited to add, this is now my absolute favorite bra. So much so that I have ordered 2 more, 1 nude, and another in the blue. It's very comfortable, and gives great cleavage and support.

  5. Donna Padded Bra (1701)

This is a very pretty bra, I love the deep purple color! As you may notice, I'm a Parfait by Affinitas fan. I could have possibly gone with a 30G in this, which surprised me a bit. I get just a slight quadboob effect, but not enough that I'm going to stress on it. The band fits the same as the other Parfait bras I have. I would say the fit on this is very similar to that of the Charlotte, and the last time I wore that I thought maybe a G cup would be a tiny bit better, but I think ... I'm up a couple of pounds right now too, which would explain the difference to me https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_wink.gif" alt=";)" /> The detailing on the Donna is very nice. I wouldn't necessarily consider this a t-shirt bra as the fabric is a bit textured. I'm not good with fabrics, sorry. It has a bit of detailing across the top of the cup that may also show through some t-shirts along with the fabric texture, but not too bad. It's a 3-part cup. Really a comparison to the Charlotte I think is very good. I think the fit, the lift is the same as with Charlotte, which is probably part of why I really like this one so much. The only other difference besides fabric/colors with this and Charlotte is the band. This is not as small as the Charlotte I don't think. It's snug like all the Parfait bands, but not to the point where I need a 32 rather than my usual 30 like with the Charlotte. All in all, I love this bra, and it'll be a keeper for sure!

Another beautiful Parfait bra. I returned this as it just wasn't the one for me. Sizing was pretty much okay, but the seam where the lace meets the padded cup ran right along the nipple area and just didn't flatter me well at all. The color and detail are amazing and I really, really wanted to love this bra, but I know it would have bothered me to have that seam right there. Other than that, it was perfect. There are 3 hooks, wider straps, like others in the 30FF range. This is the padded version. I have not tried the other version of this bra, but may at some point.

    • Glad you reviewed this, I SO want it but dont want to be the guinea pig!

    • Glad I could help! It really is pretty, and I wish it would have been a better fit. I'm debating about ordering the other version of it, but really need to slow down on my shopping :) I'll be reviewing the Tamara, Tanya, Fiona, and Saffron soon too. Big, big fan of the Parfait line! I just added the padded Donna today!

  7. Bess Padded Bra (1801)

As soon as I saw this bra, I wanted it. It's very pretty. I would have preferred to get the pink, but it was hard enough to hunt this down in my size in any color, but I was able to get the cream/coffee color. This is a satiny bra in the cream with a floral design in the coffee color. Of all of the Parfait bras I have tried, I would say this is my least favorite. Here's why: I think it gives me kind of a pointy boob look, with the pointy being almost outward, and who wants their boobs pointing out ... to the sides? Not me https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_mrgreen.gif" alt=":D" /> That being said, it's not horrifically so, and with clothing it did not seem quite as pronounced I didn't think. There is a very pretty 3-button column on the center gore, a different touch than a bow or something like that. It goes along with the styling very well. As with other Parfait bras in a 30FF, there are 3 rows of hooks and wider straps. I would guess that the 30F would have 2 hooks and narrower straps, like others I've tried. The cups have what I guess you would call pleated or folded detailing that goes side to side across the cups. This does show through t-shirts, but thicker shirts/sweaters I think would be fine with it. I'm not a big sweater girl, so I don't know that I'll get a ton of wear with this one, but I like it too much not to keep it. I think I need to buy stock in Affinitas to offset all of my purchases...

  8. Kelly Molded Padded Bra (67016)

What can I say, I'm a fan of Parfait by Affinitas bras. The Kelly Padded 30FF makes my 4th, and I will keep buying them. This I think is a great t-shirt bra, though I'm sure I'll have to watch the color as I bought the Deep Orchid. One interesting thing on this is that where the band connects to the straps, there is a strip of fabric, pretty much a mini strap that attaches on the inside of the band than runs from the top of the band to the bottom, I would assume to assist in stability. It's a bit noticeable when ... wearing, and will take some getting use to, but it's no wore really than any band/strap connection that I've come across thus far. The color is very bright and pretty, almost a hot pink, but not fluorescent, which would look rather nasty next to my pasty skin https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_mrgreen.gif" alt=":D" /> I like this color on me, and as long as I don't wear a light t-shirt, it should be just fine. There is a pretty lace detail on the band, at the center gore and along the sides of the band. It does not have quite the cleavage boost as the Charlotte or Casey or Jeanie, but for a bra with more of a full coverage style it's not bad at all. The straps are wider, like the others. I've noticed that they widen the straps between 30F and 30FF in all that I've tried so far. This has 3 hooks, and I'm guessing, if it runs like the Casey and Jeanie, the 30F would have 2. I did not have to adjust the straps on this nearly as much as I did with the Casey or Jeanie, and I imagine that has more to do with this having more coverage than either of those. This is definitely more of an every day bra, and I can see wearing it frequently, but then again, I can see that with pretty much every Parfait bra I've tried. Yep, that's me, a big fan of Parfait! I'll be reviewing the Bess shortly too!

  9. Casey (2801)

I'm starting to think that all the Parfait bras are the exact same, structurewise, with just different decoration. On this bra, the decoration is a crescent of lace at the bottom of the cup, which is only attached along the underwire. Because of that I'm concerned that it may pucker and stand out at the unattached edge across the middle of the cup after a few washings. The center gore is pretty tall, especially for being a plunge, and digs in a little bit when I lean over. Straps are way too thick for my liking. The cups are lightly molded (about an eighth of an inch) but for some reason the straps are just tacked on to the cups at the back, so there's a noticable drop off. The drop off doesn't really show under shirts, but it just seems like an odd design.

From the pics on both bras I'd be willing to be they are indeed the same bra.

I've now tried this bra in 32F, 30F, and 30FF. The 32F was definitely too big. The 30F somewhat too small, and just to make sure I tried the 30FF too. The cups were again too big, but the bad had a good fit. There's a lot of stretch in the straps, which is nice. I think this style is just not a good fit for me, though I wish it was. It's a pretty bra, very soft. It's a little thicker, not padded, but a think moulded bra that would be great for t-shirts or low necklines if it were a proper fit.

Not really padded, just a thin lining. Fits well overall, pretty forward projecting, so not great with all outfits.

30H is US size. It is primarily labelled and sold as UK 30FF.

  12. Donna Wire Bra (1702)

This bra is just gorgeous, and I love the peek-a-boo effect that comes from the sheer part of the cup. Still, I probably won't be pairing this with any thin or light colored shirts because of the see through factor. The shape is very natural and rounded. In profile, the uplift is good but not sky high. The bra is incredibly comfortable as well and I didn't have to push or pull myself in any direction in order to fit into the cups. One thing of note is that this fits tight for a 30 band (like the rest of my Parfait bras), but I still had it fastened on the middle hook because I'm more of a 28 band. Overall, though, this is the first non-molded bra that I'm completely satisfied with.

Bratabase recommended the 30FF for me but I'm actually having trouble filling the tops of the cups so I'll be exchanging it for my usual 30F.

Other than that, the bra feels very comfortable. The material on the cups feel very soft. I'll be back to review the 30F.

    • Wow! That was very brave :D, thank you for teaching the system wrong :)

    • I generally try bras based on the measurements rather than recommendations, but in this case when I saw the recommendation and the measurements, I thought it could work. It didn't, but it was worth a shot. :)

  14. Jeanie Plunge Molded Padded Bra (4801)

Ok, so I originally got this in a 30F and felt that it was borderline too small in the cup. It didn't cut into the breast tissue, though, so I kept it... but it never sat flat at the sternum either. Because of this, I now realize, is why my boobs would often fall forward in the bra when I bent over. I thought it was just because of the really low plunge but over time, it felt like I was constantly having to adjust myself, so I went ahead and got the 30FF since I really do love the bra.

With this one, I could immediately tell ... the difference. It just felt better, in my opinion. I was fully secure, and the 30FF also felt more stable since it has 3 hooks instead of 2. I don't like that it has thicker straps, though, than the 30F, but I can live with that. The bra still gives me a perfectly rounded shape, nice lift, and the perfect amount of cleavage. I'm glad that I finally got around to buying another one. =)
