I cannot give an accurate description as it is too big and the wrong shape for me. I require a balconette style.

Very comfortable except if you have slightly rounded shoulders as the straps seem to fall quite a bit.
Also the main part of the strap is quite wide over the shoulder which gives good comfort but its wider than the adjusty bit at the back so it stops the straps being made shorter than a certain amount.
