    Didn't fit

The bra feels like it was made for me.
I have even fullness/full on top (depending on that time of the month).
    Very wide, pointy, conical shape.
Close set breast when supported, but very spread apart when not.

I thought this size would work as the 32dd was too big, but it seems I'm between 2 cup sizes, the 32d is definitely too small.
The quality is excellent and the colour is a perfect nude for me, but unfortunately I'll have to give up this cut.

    • I have a similar issue with its balcony sister in 30DD http://bra.pe/GCjG/. Looks like Gossard made these cups smaller, while the size above is too big for me too.

    Didn't fit

I was questioning whether I needed to go up a cup size recently, so I decided to try a 30E. I was hoping it would help with how much excess skin or tissue it looks like I have in my armpits and in back. The 30E is a smidge too big in the cups on top especially on the left side (my smaller breast). Even after I tried to pull as much tissue in from my sides forward, I still couldn't fill it out. I'll stick to 30DD for now.

    Fits

I feel like I've been bamboozled! I've been doing non-padded Gossard 30DDs and decided to try the "padded" version. My 30Ds had removable inserts but to my surprise, the 30DDs do not. Apparently I didn't get the memo that when you're a DD, you don't need removable inserts anymore. *eyeroll* The lack of padding in the 30DD also makes me look a lot pointier than the 30D did. The construction of the seams doesn't help, either. I understand that this is a larger cup size and needs to be constructed a particular way but it's very interesting how drastic the overall fit ... and look is when going up one size.

The cup coverage and wire length on the 30DD is much better than the 30D (no spillage). What I noticed about the 30DD is that the straps are much wider than the 30D. The straps are too wide for my shoulders and keep twisting, or I have to keep pulling them up closer to my neck before they twist and end up at the very edge of my shoulders. It seems like the manufacturers of bras seem to think that once you reach a certain size, you're also super-tall. I'm 5'1" and did not have this issue with the 30D but it is an issue with the 30DD.

I don't know if it's just this particular color (Eclipse), but I found it to be a little smaller than the Ink Blue or Black Superboost bras that I've tried (also in 30D). I also found myself to look a little "pointier" under clothes, even though this is the version of the bra with the pads, which I always keep in. The color itself is very pretty - a deep blue/purple mix.

The 30D is too small in the cup; I really need to go up to a 30DD to prevent the side spillage from happening. Otherwise, I think that the length of the wires and cup separation is better than most bras that claim to lift or push-up. I am not dying to rip it off when I get home from work, which is a promising sign that a bra like this is meant for someone with my build. I did not experience any strap twisting the way I did with the non-padded versions of this bra, which was interesting. I really like this teal blue color.

    Hasn't set fit

I have this in the N/P version and they are completely different shapes (see pic comparing 32F) and sizes - they fit very differently. Tried 32F, 32E, 30FF, 30F

Both the 32s - a more comfortable band, less back fat being squished out. But I realized neither of the 32s were going to work because they both were eating into my tail of Spence and that’s not a fixable thing. Neither of the 30s gave me the same issue.

The main issue of the 32F is that the side of the cups and underwires come too close to my armpits/ Tail of Spence. So I can feel the fabric chafing ... against the underside of my arm. And there was slight gaping on the top of the cups and near the straps.

32E - there is gaping on the top of cups, and I have to adjust it to fit my IMF. Underwire and side of cups aren’t too close to the armpits.

30FF cups had better coverage but has a wider underwire that goes further back. Band is more comfortable than 30F. Won’t need an extender. Needs a couple of times of adjustment for IMF, scoop and swoop, but less than the 32s did.

30F requires just 1x adjustment in terms of IMF, etc but cups have less coverage. I didn’t pop out of the bra while wearing it for 30 mins but it looks small. And I have to be careful when I scoop and swoop because I might pop out. Band is too tight (more fat spillage) and digs in but fixable with an extender. If this is the size I go with, an extender would be necessary.

Eventually went with 30F + extender because I really do like the cleavage it gives. But will not repurchase this in other colors.

About the bra: I have to say I am very much surprised at how good this makes my boobs look! I didn't think I could achieve this much cleave in a bra without tons of padding. I'm especially pleased about how the height of the cup is kind to my (what I believe are) short roots.

The cons: Again, as with every bra I've tried so far, there is still the issue of there being a bit too much room in the bottom of the cup and I measure the cup to be about 0.5 inches wider than where my root begins (around 5.6 inches). The bra did create ... slightly sore marks around the 8th hour of wear during a busy work shift where I'm constantly moving which, again, there's been very few bras I've worn that have not done this excluding the M&S Sumptuously Soft range. This leads me to believe it could instead be an issue with material as most of the bras I've worn so far have had frilly and lacy edges to the cups.

To be honest this bra, appearance-wise, looks to be one of the best fitting bras I've worn. However, on closer inspection, it still has the fit issues as just about every other bra I've tried.

This is the first bra I bought after trying on several after using the calculator here and abrathatfits. It's comfortable, the gore is where it's supposed to be, and it's pretty.

Hmm this bra makes boobs closer and doing sexy looking.from a lateral perspective, in the case of pointed breasts, the cup-like appearance may also be slightly pointed.
