Definitely a weird fit. There was quadding at the center/front of the cup, nearest the gore, but gaping of the cup towards the top (near the straps). The wires were wide enough/ wings were tall enough to contain my wider roots. Overall, a shape problem with the cup itself, but the wires seemed more on point. The ballet pink was pretty and cute, but not for me.

Very short, projected, slightly narrow, center full, close set, even breasts....

This is a fantastic cup for tall roots. Short roots, not so much. The cup is roughly 1" taller than the Freya Morning Meadow. The Pansy cut is more shallow near the wire than Morning Meadow and allows less fullness in the outer quadrant. This helps keep breasts front and center, but can cause flatness in those of us with round breasts.

The lace is soft and stretchy and does not irritate my sensitive skin. Straps are .7" wide, soft, and supportive. If you are high-set, you may require an alteration to make them short enough. The fabric on Pansy is more supportive than Morning Meadow. This is great if you have heavy breasts.

I want to love Pansy, but this Freya cut is not ideal for me.

Love this bra! I am so sad to learn it is discontinued. I bought it used in my search for a decent fitting bra despite the fact that the pattern is really not for me. Never the less, I am so happy with the purchase.

The bra is super fit and for an unpadded unlined bra it really gives me a great lift. The fabric is really comfortable and I like the lace top half.

  4. Pollyanna Plunge Balcony Bra (5922)

This is my second freya bra, it is absolutely beautiful, very femenine. The band on this one is more comfortable than my thimble cottage one, it is snug but wearable, I can wear it without an extender, the straps are thick and soft, the lace is not scratchy at all but noticeable with t shirts and the fabric of the rest of the cup is very soft. The lift is incredible, but the shape I don't know... As you can see in my pictures it is pointy from an angle but from the front looks really good, I don't know if it is the shape of my breasts or if it's the bra, and there is a small space between where the straps meet the cup that is empty, as you can see from my pictures it does not show when wearing clothes. Love the bra but not sure about the shape.

This is my first Freya bra, and since I had read a lot of review that said that the brand is famous for being inconsistent with sizing and for their stretchy bands I went for a 28 band, but this one is very true to size and not that stretchy, it is very firm, So it is not very comfortable for me to wear for too long, I am thinking of wearing it for short periods at a time to see if it gets a little bit more comfortable. The cups run true to size, they fit great, it is a plunge bra, so there is cleavage. The ... straps are really wide, wich makes them really comfortable, they adjust all the way, they are a bit too far apart for me, they rub agains my arm a little. The lift is amazing!!! And the shape is between pointy and round, wich I really like. The seams show a little under light t shirts. All that said I love this bra, it is very cute and light waight. Really in love!!

Very short, slightly narrow, projected, close-set, even breasts...

Temperatures, including Heat Index, have been 114 degrees F here. And, I tend over 200 species of plants. In my desperation for an alternative to my wool sports bra (yeah, I love natural fabrics), I ordered a Freya Ooh la la. The subtle color shading and geometric embroidery strongly appeals to me. And, 28G measurements looked favorable.

The gore is too wide. And, the band is not long enough to compensate for the necessary gore alteration. I will need a 30FF for the gore alteration. The band is very firm and may fit those who need sub-28" bands well.

The lift is fantastic. ... I was prepared for a "droopy" Freya: Ooh La La is delightfully elevating https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":-)" /> The immediate projection and apex projection are grand, too. Predictably, my very short roots do not require the height of this cup. But, a minimal alteration will remedy that issue.

Overall, I was pleasantly surprised by Ooh La La. However, yesterday I received Comexim Eve. The fabrics Comexim uses cause me to reject all others, so far. Ooh La La, although supportive and beautiful, pales in comparison to the comfort and softness of Comexim Eve. When spending my day in sweltering heat, I will choose comfort first.

This is a very pretty bra. Gore is into breast tissue because I have touching breasts and this is always a problem

You can see from the front picture that the one cup seems too narrow even though there isn't any quad boob affect. I think that is because of the gore cutting into breast tissue.
I tried this in a 28GG and I couldn't really fill the upper part of the bra.
I think this doesn't give me the lift I'm looking for. My breasts are dense(heavy)

I wanted to try this bra because it had narrower cups and had good immediate projection. And reviews said it had decent support. It was the best of any bra I've tried so far at the underarm not wrinkling in the cup. In most bras I wear 28GG, but I've found in the Freyas 28G is better on me.
Even so, I had trouble filling the top of the cup on my smaller breast.
My boobs are dense, therefore very heavy, and this bra didn't give me as much lift as I like.
I found the band unbearably tight and I could not have worn it for any length of time without an extender.
Usually Freya are pretty comfortable on me even when they are new.

I like this bra, it's cute and fits similarly (but a touch smaller in the cups, obviously) to my regular nude Deco in a 28GG. The band fits me perfectly: I measure around 29 or 29.5" underbust, and prefer a snug band. I'd say this 28 band is the same as the regular Deco 28 band. The bra itself is really cute. The bright orange bows on the gore and where the straps meet the cups are really unique and fun. The straps are the same as the regular Deco; they're wide, fully adjustable, and stretchy, with a smooth underside and ribbed exterior that keeps them from getting ... looser throughout the day.

My one major gripe with this bra is the thick beige border around the outside of the cups. It looks cute, but it's thicker and firmer than the rest of the cup, and flares out from the cup itself, so it shows underneath almost everything and defeats the purpose of this being a t-shirt bra. I do quadboob out of this bra a little bit, so that might be pushing the border out and making it show more, but I think that even if the cups fit me better the edge of the bra would still show under most clothes. The edging on the regular Deco is much thinner and more pliable, so I get much less use out of this Deco than my other one.

The band of this bra is a lot tighter than my other 28G and 28GG Decos...probably more of a true 28 band as I measure about 29" underbust and had to wear this with an extender. The cups are also odd on me; they're very, very shallow so I get a weird wrinkle at the bottom of the cup. I'm not super projected and I'm FOT, so this isn't usually an issue for me with other bras. I think the wrinkle is also caused by the fact that there's no underwire, so there's nothing to line up underneath my breast tissue and keep the cup from wrinkling. To ... combat the wrinkling I wear the bra low on my ribcage with the straps loosened, so that the band sits about an inch or so below my breasts. This definitely isn't how it's supposed to be worn, but it eliminates the wrinkle issue (since it pulls the cups taught) and definitely does give really great cleavage from the front once I scoop everything into place. The side profile is okay. I probably could use a cup size bigger in this as I do get a little bit of quadboob. It's not super supportive and I have to readjust a few times throughout the day, since there's no underwire to keep everything in place.

Overall, this is a good bra for cleavage, and would be great if you have very shallow breasts. It's not super supportive but it's definitely comfortable, it would make a good bra for sleeping or wearing around the house.

The Deco Moulded Plunge was one of the first bras I tried in 2014 when I first started looking for new bras. At 30G/GG, the original Deco plunge was a fail for me because my tissue spilled out of the center, the wires poked and the top edge of the cups rested in my armpits (cups were too tall). It also felt like I was wearing a straight jacket; just so uncomfortable. The cups felt thick and weighted towards the bottom and the wires were torture. I put Deco on my hate list and never looked back.

Now I finally got around to re-measuring myself after losing a ... little weight. Down to a 28G, I had to start the bra hunt all over again while I still have tags on some of my 30Gs. I actually have no idea what possessed me to try the Deco again, but I'm glad I did. This review is for the Deco Rebel (leopard print) colorway.

Aaaand it fits. There, I said it! The wires aren't too tall or grossly too wide (just a tad), it's comfortable, and the new addition of binding along the top of the cup closes it off enough that I don't spill out of it (time will tell if this changes with wear). I still get a little bit of strap gap, but the silhouette is so smooth. I can't believe I actually have a t-shirt friendly bra that fits!

My first successful Deco was actually the 28G - Freya » Deco Vibe Moulded Plunge Bra (1704) , and I will also be reviewing that one, too. Vibe may run a smidge tighter in the band, but it's not noticeable for me. I read that the Deco had larger cups than the Vibe, but I find them very similar. If anything, the Vibe maybe is a little taller towards the strap end. I find the cup depth nearly identical, but the Vibe a tiny bit more closed on top, something I notice more towards the gore because I don't spill out of it.

Edit 03/2016: Although I tried the Vibe and Rebel at home several times before wearing, I grossly underestimated the tightness of the Vibe band. Vibe is a *very* snug 28, would be perfect for 26-7" underbusts and I wear it with an extender right now. Rebel has a more supple, softer material with more stretch.

--I mention this comparison here because the Deco Rebel has the same item number as the regular Deco Plunge, but, in my estimation, these should be listed separately on Bratabase. It does not fit like the Deco Plunge because of the aforementioned binding on the cup. I don't know how other colorways match up to this. -- Editing this out because the Rebel is listed separately.

In truth, the Rebel pattern is not my favorite. I guess it's on sale for a reason. It has grown on me since I got it, but leopard print is not among the patterns that I like. Even the same colors with less of the black marks would have been preferable. Since it fits, I'm overlooking that. I've never been one to turn down a hideous bra as long as it fits! One plus for anyone considering this colorway, though, is that the straps are basically nude. At least I can have nude straps since I don't own a nude bra.

Probably my favorite Deco iteration! The heather gray and ivory lace are such a pretty combo, somewhat vintage-inspired but still casual and seamless enough for everyday wear (the edging on the cups does however show a bit beneath thin shirts). Over time (and especially after having the chance to try out Polish bras) I've realized that the deco is just sooooo shallow that I can't get it to sit, let alone stay, in my IMF at all. As a result, the bra has a tendency to migrate downwards throughout the day, causing discomfort as it rubs against my ribs. I also have a strange fit issue with it where I'll fill out the cups perfectly just after S & S, but as I wear it the upper/outer portions of the cups gape as if they are too tall, and my boobs begin to bubble out the center instead. Despite these things, I keep this bra around for times when I want cleavage in combination with a multiway option and a perfectly round/uplifted shape.

I'm kind of mixed on this bra. It is beautiful; I fell in love with it the first time I saw it, but due to a bad experience with the 28G - Freya » Deco Moulded Plunge Bra (4234) (quadding along the inner edges of the cups, gaping at the tops of the cups where they meet the straps, cups coming up way too high to be comfortable for me), I was reluctant to actually buy it, thinking it would fit basically the same way. This one actually showed up on my Bratabase recommendations in this size, so I decided to finally give it a ... shot.

In terms of look and construction, I love it. I got the Dove colorway, which is a light-medium gray with white lace trim and darker gray straps. I thought it might be too light to wear under certain shirts (lighter bras tend to show terribly on me), but I wore it under a white v-neck tee with no problems at all--like, the thing practically disappeared under the shirt. The fabric is smooth to the touch and feels amazing, the cups feel sturdy, and the band has decent stretch without feeling like it's going to get stretched out too soon. The straps on this are fully adjustable, so the convertible hooks are separate sliders that you can move up and down the straps as you need them (which is amazing, since I'm used to bras like the Betsey Johnson Intimates Stocking Stripe Lightly Lined Demi Bra (723803) where you have the straps that are only half adjustable and the J-hook stuck in the center). My only qualm with the construction of this bra is that when you wear it racerback, in the back where the straps meet the band, you get this kind of lumpy, crinkly thing going on...it's a little hard to describe, but you can kind of see it in this picture: http://bra.pe/IXeG/ . It's like the trim along the band is too stiff to convert with the rest of the bra properly, so it kind of pokes out instead, and it's visible. Nobody else seemed to notice it all day, but I noticed it, so it annoyed me a little.

The fit of this bra is...um...I'm not exactly sure. It's the right size, but might be a shape mismatch again, though not quite as bad a mismatch as the Deco Plunge. I compared it to my 28G - Cleo » Maddie Moulded T-shirt Bra (7201) which fits me perfectly, and the cups are roughly the same size, but shaped differently. Compared to Maddie, the cups aren't quite as wide, the underwires don't come up as high under the arms, the cup is taller along the inside edge, and the projection looks to be more towards the top of the cup (for Maddie, the projection is sort of in the middle). It also seems like the tops of the cups where they meet the straps want to point outward a tiny bit, whereas Maddie points a bit inward. So my problem here is that initially, after scooping, the bra fits perfectly, and I even get some awesome cleavage, but once I start to move and things get resettled, I end up with gaping at the top of the cups, requiring me to scoop again. It's not really bad enough for me to say I'll never wear the bra again, which was the case after trying on the Deco Plunge, and it seems to be difficult to find convertible bras in this size that aren't super bright colors and won't cost your entire paycheck, so I'll keep this one for now and hope that maybe one day it'll fit better, but in the meantime I'll still keep an eye out for something that might work better for me.

Holy cow, this is one vibrant bra! Maybe not the most utterly practical for that reason, but it has a really lovely and fun boudoir aesthetic with the satiny fuchsia cups, purple lace trim, and teardrop crystal charm. The wires sometimes tend to feel like they're sitting on my ribs by virtue of the Deco's shallowness, but man, does it give excellent cleavage.

CREAKY! This bra might have some old floorboards in it - sure sounds like it! Band was a little loose, but typical of Freya bras (compared to Cleo). "Natural" shape (some projection, a little pointy, a little low on the end). Not a favorite of mine, similar to the Freya Enchanted so if you like that this will probably be another good one.

Oh good lord, I love this bra. It's very comfortable and flattering, in my usual Deco size of 28G. I am very impressed with the racer back feature as well - it is an adjustable clasp that can go up or down the straps as one wishes, which I really enjoy.
It's also beautiful. A nice smooth fabric that doesn't snag or catch on sharp things (nails... Velcro... looking at you, beige Deco). A touch less push uppy than an average Deco, but it is still very impressive in terms of defying gravity - especially when in racerback.

This bra is beautiful; unfortunately, I've only worn it twice as the cups are just a smudge smaller than the usual Deco 28G. My left, slightly higher boob bulges right out unfortunately. Otherwise, this bra is comfortable, and the removable/fully adjustable straps are a smart addition to the Deco brand. One of the back four loops for the straps DID come undone barely one wear in, though, so not of the best quality at least there, which I found very disappointing.

This bra is very cute and appears to be well made. Freya's bands runs a little large in my experience, so consider sizing down if that's an option.
The cups are a little too tall for me under the arms so this bra looks better than it feels. Even when I'm not quite filling the top of the cup, I get cleavage due to the low plunge and my center fullness. Looks good under clothes.

Needed a wirefree bra after breast augmentation. This was my first bra in my new size https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" /> It fit better when it first arrived, but after I broke it in and washed it a few times the bottom of the cup wrinkles. It's not noticeable under clothing, or even undressed unless I point it out.

The straps are slightly far apart for me, and the clips on the straps have a tendency to slip so I have to shorten the straps and pull them toward my neck to get rid of the wrinkling at the bottom of the cup.

The problem seems to ... be a shape issue, not a size issue. I am FoT, close set, have average roots and a good bit of projection. Plus the angle at my IMF is close to 90 degrees, which seems to be the source of most of the problem. I think this bra would be better for someone who has a wide root and is FoB or has shallow breasts.

Keeping this bra despite the wrinkling issue because my plastic surgeon doesn't want me in an underwire just yet and it also gives killer cleavage https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" />
