This was my go-to running bra for quite some time (prior to having breast reduction). It is a hefty bra, with 4 hooks, high wings, and full coverage, and it was the only bra I could find that minimized bounce enough to make running tolerable. It's not ideal in some ways--the full length of the wires were never quite flush with my body, and it always felt like I had on "a lot of bra." But it did work, which I can't say for any other bra--and I tried many! The bra has a j-hook in the back, making it convert into a racerback which increased the support level even further.

Normally I'm a non-wired bra person, but unfortunately there are only so many options for sports bras in my size range. I previously used the Panache Sport non-wired, but I had too many problems with hooks breaking so I switched brands to Freya and went with a wired style since I couldn't find anything non-wired. Things are going well so far. The only thing I would say is that maybe there could be a little more padding around the wire, but then and again I'm sensitive to them.

Very utilitarian bra. Wide wires at 7.0 seems to fit all my side boob, but doesn't offer enough encapsulation for me to stop movement, especially up/down. A bit too shallow for my slight FOB, the one straight seam across gives a pointy shape. I prefer a molded cup or padding for sport bras. The band is very thick and strong, barely any stretch. It is very uncomfortable too breath deeply it in, and leaves red mark, even after 1-2 hours. Hopefully will be more comfortable after some weight loss, but will definitely delegate to more low/mid intensity exercise.

This bra seems okay. I haven't tried it for exercise yet. It's too wide, as all sports bras are for me, so it cuts into my armpits uncomfortably. It does seem better than my 30H - Panache ยป Sports Bra (5021) in that respect, though. I think if I went up a cup size it would be too big, but the gore doesn't seem to want to sit flat, either. It's not overly comfortable or overly uncomfortable.
I'll try to report back once I've actually tried it for exercise.

I am a fairly even and projected breast shape. I have average-to-narrow roots with a slight omega shape. My best fitting bra is a Cleo Lily in 28GG, though I think a 30G would be more comfortable in terms of band length.

Great for breasts with a decent bit of projection. The colours are very nice, too - a great bra to wear if you like running or exercising in just a sports bra.

Alright, so silly me sent the bra back before properly measuring it. I do remember I measured the cup width, so that one is correct. Bratabase wouldn't let me leave the wire length blank so I filled in in - note that I just guessed at it, so it would be best to disregard it.

Band length - my underbust measures 28 break the tape tight, and 31 relaxed but snug. The 30 band was pretty much the perfect length. I always wore an extender with my 30 band freya active underwired sports bras - the non moulded ones - but I didn't need to with this bra. ... It definitely wasn't loose at all, or very stretchy.

I sent it back because it was too large on me. I sometimes need a 30G in bras with too wide wires because so much of the cup is taken by not-boob at the sides, but I should have gotten a 30FF in this one. I jiggled a little bit within the bra, and I think it was because it was too big. If I got the right size, I think the support would be good.

I don't understand why this bra exists. At all.

I'd read reviews from others who have complained about the back of the bra and how annoying it in to get and out of but I have to admit my first reaction to trying on this bra was to turn it over and think:

    REALLY? Are you kidding me?

The back isn't really firm where the hooks are - it's tight as all hell across the racerback meeting point that you can't open up! ARGH

After squishing my boobs down to my chest, wriggling into this and then scooping my sore boobs into place I was really hoping the bra would redeem itself.

    It ... didn't.

Because this thing doesn't have underwires I wasn't expecting that it would sit flat against my sternum in the centre (I was hoping, but wasn't expecting it). It didn't. But it did give separation - huge "east / west" style separation.

The bra really cuts in around my underarms and across my back and kind of presses down tight high on my chest. But the bra doesn't actually supports my breasts at all. I wouldn't even want to jump up and down once wearing it.

How is it possible that it's tight in all the places I don't need support and useless where I need it? Lifting and supporting my boobs?!

I don't get this bra and why it wasn't axed by Freya.

They have an underwired Active bra. Lots of people love it (shape doesn't work for me, but that's cool). They also have a soft cup Active bra which I've tried in both 30G and 30FF and the 30FF was a better fit (the first and only Freya bra that I've needed smaller than a 30G so far).

I think I'd need the 30FF in this too. There's way too much room on the side of the "cups" and maybe in a 30FF I'd feel a bit of boob-support. Maybe.

The fit and feel of the soft cup sports bra is identical to this one. The shape this moulded bra gave me reminded me of it exactly and I find that the soft cup bra pushes down on my upper chest a bit too. Like this one.

But the soft cup sports bra felt a bit more supportive than this. I still wouldn't use either for jogging, but for a brisk walk/hiking/cycling I'd wear the soft cup from Freya Active.

There's no need to try this bra. Move on and save yourself the hassle!
