What I like about this bra:
-it’s bandless, so it (for some reason) seems to stay in my IMF better
-the material is heavier, so it shapes my breasts better
-the stretch lace on top hugs the top, but doesn’t cut in like some other Elomi bras with stretch lace
The (unfortunate) things I DON’T like about this bra:
-the gore doesn’t tack, it floats or sometimes flips and rests on the bigger side
-sometimes I get weird gaping around the arm holes, kinda by my armpits
-the depth...you can tell in a profile view that it is definitely not deep enough for me at the apex so it kinda just squashes them flat
-the material ... wrinkles on the bottom around the wire, not because it’s a poor fit in that aspect but because it doesn’t stretch like mesh material does, so the way it is sewn makes the wrinkles (if that makes sense?)
I tried this in a 34J as well, and I was swimming in the cups, so I know a bigger size won’t fix my issues. This bra and it’s counterpart (the Dune colorway) are still heavy in my rotation, but if and when I find other bras that fit better, they’ll be next in line for retirement. I’ve noticed that the nude colorway (Dune) fits way worse than the black and I honestly have no idea why.
Anyway. This bra works for me, but obviously isn’t a “perfect” fit by any means.
