See my review of 38J - Elomi » Maya Plunge Bra (4210). In the end I decided that there was slight cutting in at the elasticized lace top and went for the larger size.

Edit: After changing the underwire out for 30HH Panache wires, stitching them down so they only went halfway up the gore, I wore this bra for 12 hours straight. Only in the last two hours did I have the burning need to rip it off. This is success for me. It's the only wired bra I own like this. Also, with narrower wires, my boobs are all in front, none in my pits. It's pretty glorious and it's quite cute.
