Beautiful @Cleo @Juna Teal Animal balconnet is just a smidge too tight but still comfortable. The cups have a 3/4 inch lace trim which lays flat against me & don't cut into me. The subtle animal print doesn't show through clothing. The single verticle seamed cups give a nice round shape. The strap hardware is matching teal & the hooks are pink. Super cute Tshirt bra.

Compared to the pink Marcie, this beige one seems to have more room on top and is tighter on bottom. As a result wrinkles a bit on top and tends to get pushed down, causing pain on my ribcage. I would probably recommend this beige one to FOT only.

Compared to my beige Marcie, this candy pink model seems to be more closed on top or run smaller. On my larger side it flattens a bit and gives a bit of an "upside down 7" shape. On the smaller side it wrinkles somewhat, but not as badly as the beige model.

The Lily has been one of my go-to bras for a long time. It gives a rounded shape with a slight peak and it's smooth under most clothing. I really wish they had continued to make it, and made it in neutral colors! I don't understand the decision to discontinue when it seems so popular.

I think this would make a great first unlined bra for someone who's used to molded, since the fabric is so smooth. The design is also really cute, I love the blue and pink.

The comfort is okay; a little problematic for me with my sensitive skin and sensory issues because of two things that ... Panache/Cleo seems consistent with: high gore and elastic around the band. The gore I can bend outward but the elastic I can't fix. I wish they would switch to a more all-over stretch fabric to distribute the weight better because the elastic really cuts in/chafes.

The fit has become more tricky as my asymmetry has gotten more pronounced--my right side has a little wrinkle at the top and the larger left side is flattened a bit. For now it doesn't seem very noticeable through clothing so I'm not terribly bothered.

IMO the wires are average width and it's one of the more rounded, projected bras that aren't Polish. I just really wish it didn't have the Elastic of Death.

This parrot print version seems significantly more open on top than my blue and pink version. It fits a lot more like I remember my 32FF - Cleo » Maya Balconnet Bra (7471) fitting, I can't fill the tops of the cups. For those who want one of these and need more room on top, choose the Parrot print one!

What a beautiful bra!
I love the black mesh on the pink fabric, the cute orange/pink bow.
It is quite sexy for a strapless bra, not a huge fan normally, but this one is really nice.

The fit :
Obviously the 32 band is too big for me as I'm wearing a 28. I think a 28-30 would be fine.
The cups are the right size, but the shape is a bit odd, making my boobs look even shallower than usual once I put clothes on. This is probably because of the wrong band size, but I've noticed that the Cleo Neve (with straps) does that too. I guess it's just a shape issue.

I'm still going to try a 30G if I can find it, I really like this bra, it is so cute!

This bra seems much more similar to the Floris than the Marcie although it is a sister cut of both. It is quite taller than the Marcie, very open on top and perhaps a bit deeper. Didn't work for my short roots.

This is labeled as a sister cut to the Marcie, but I'd say it's really more closed on top. It also runs a bit small in the cup, so I quad out. It does push the boobs front & center nicely and provides tons of lift.

My 32F - Cleo » Melissa (6991) made me quad in the last few wears, so I tried same cut with one cup size up. Well, that did not go well.

Pros: very nice pattern
Cons: everything else. The gore digs into my chest, the cups wrinkle, the band barely stretches around me... its a mess.

I love this bra, it fits perfectly and is so comfortable. I love it so much that I bought two, one in pink and one dark purple/blue. I got them for super cheap as well on Amazon.com. If you are looking for a everyday t-shirt bra, this is it. It's my go to bra when I want a comfy daily bra.

Acceptable fit. Band on the tight side. Center gore tacks a bit firmly, and wide-set straps can chafe at armpits. Medium-light support.
Lace and embroidery visible under all but the thickest knit tops.
Very good rounded, forward shape, with decent uplift.

Good fit. Very comfortable, with firm support.
Vertical seams slightly visible under knit tops. Lace edging also visible on smaller side, where it ripples.
Excellent rounded, forward shape without looking dramatically big. On larger side, line where padded cup ends combines with upper fullness to create some quadraboob — wish cups came up slightly higher. Tissue spills out a bit on larger side at underarm, due to height of underwire. Underwires just barely encapsulate breast on larger side.

The band is perfect. The cups fit well: no empty space on the bottom and no quadding at the top. My only complaint is that I wish there was a bit less projection by the gore. That specific area feels a bit loose because my boobs aren't especially projected there.

Although this bra is beautiful in appearance and made of more comfortable material considering it is a Cleo (which tends to use low end lace/fabric), this bra is clearly not meant for wide rooted, full on bottom breasts like mine. There is enormous gaps above the nipples and underneath/near my armpit area. I suspect this style would be better suited to someone more full on top and shallow. My projected breasts do not want to fill out the top of the cup no matter what I try. It's a shame too. I really wanted the Maddie to fit.

I got this bra in a transfer from another bratabase user in December 2014, and then I safely stashed it away and promptly forgot where I put it! So here is the 6-months late, long-overdue review for the purple colorway:

This is a cute bra, and I wish it worked for me. The cups are absolutely a no-go, and not just because they are probably 3 cup sizes too big (maybe 3.5 on my smaller breast). The top panel is set at that angle that always cuts me off across the top of my super-tall breast root, the same way all strapless bras, shapewear, and dresses do too. The ... wires slide down within 10 minutes to sit about 3/4" below the base of my boobs, and then the ends start to poke my sternum at the center gore. Plus, the band is just perfect on the tightest hook, so it wouldn't last long anyway.

The underarms are the best part! The wires come up really high but aren't uncomfortable at all. They are wide enough and the curve under my arm is a shallow-enough angle for my breast root. I wish I could superimpose them onto some of my other bras that fit everywhere else!

The matching bikini knickers are made of the same purple mesh. They are a size UK 12 and just slightly too big for my 39" (99 cm) hips.

Parrot colourway. Comparison of Cleo Lily Aqua 30G, Magenta 30FF, Parrot 32FF. Ask me anything.

This one does not quite fit right, which was to be expected (I do well in the 30 band). Someone wrote that the straps on 32FF were closer together than 30G, so I thought I'd try it. I found them to be the same, maybe a little wider apart in the 32FF actually. (Possible colourway difference, IDK.) Straps in this and the 30G are a couple mm wider apiece than the 30FF, which is nice, more supportive. Cups are wider than 30G Aqua, despite the uber tight aqua band stretching the cups wider than ... they are supposed to be.

I am getting some orange-in-a-glass effect here, with wrinkling all along sides of cup; it's shallower than my 30FF or 30G. Also, I finally understand what people mean by in-cup quadboob since I have it in this (soft tissue bubbles up above the horizontal seam). Since I never had in-cup quadboob in 30FF or 30G, those with this issue might want to try sizing down in the band, if that's a possibility. I don't know the physics of that as far as which has more cup volume where, etc. Just speaking from experience.

The biggest difference I find between this and the 30G and 30FF is that the 32 band is giant on me. (It's probably not that much bigger, but even small changes in band size can make a huge difference in support for us large cup ladies.) I knew it was going to be larger, but not too-loose-on-the-tightest-hooks-straight-out-of-the-box larger. While the 30FF and 30G bands are a little uncomfortably tight on the loosest hooks after washing, this 32 band is too loose on the tightest set of hooks. I thought I could get away with it (was cheap on Amazon), but turns out I can't. Returning!

My final note is a style point. The bow on this parrot colourway (an earlier rendition, I believe) is cheap-looking. My magenta and aqua have cute, delicate satin bows that match the cup detailing. The bow on this one is larger, roughly hewn, is a random-feeling shade of light green that doesn't quite match the light green of the parrots, and just looks stuck on as an afterthought. I'd say they made the right choice with the switch in later styles: more sophisticated, more pretty-feeling. As for the parrot print, it's okay. Colors are cute for summer, and not overly-loud, but I wouldn't know they were parrots unless you told me. They don't have faces or anything. Most of them are on their sides, so they almost look dead? It's a little weird, and I'm a little disappointed TBH, since I've been lusting after this one for a while. I don't get this print or the swan print: not for me. I do think the swan print is great for punk girls, since it looks like a pirate flag. I think I'll just order another of the colors I have TBH.
