Powdery blue semi-sheer lace over a pale mauve background… beautiful! This functions almost as a nude for me under some light colored clothing. As a lover of unlined halfcups (especially the tragically discontinued Ewa Michalak HM!), I had to try this! The neckline cuts low and squarish across my boobs, very Marie Antoinette looking. The lace used on the cups has a good amount of stretch, so I think it will be very accomodating to size fluctuations throughout the month. There’s a thin elasticated edge on the cups, which leads me to believe that this style is geared more toward the FOB crowd, but it’s just fine on my even shape. The band fits well on the second set of hooks, and the profile is round and a bit minimized from the side. It’s super comfortable to wear!

So far, I'm really loving this bra!

Aesthetically, it's elegant, classic, and understated. The unique color combo of the powder blue paired with the pink-taupe is striking & lovely. I am coming to appreciate that in beauty & wearability, Avocado has yet to disappoint!

True to its Polish characteristics, the wires are wonderfully narrow which suits my fairly narrow roots. The gore is a bit too wide for my breasts, but it isn't a deal-breaker. The cups are constructed of two layers of fabric: the bottom layer (which lays against the skin) is made of a sturdy, thin, taupe material, while the top layer is made of a soft, powdery ... blue lace. The cups stretch well & seem to nicely accommodate for my asymmetry & for my projected shape.

I would like to note that after a bit of research, I decided to go with the 65G (30:7) rather than my usual 30:8 because I had read that the cups typically run large in this brand. I found this to be true! While I usually can't go any smaller than a 30:8 or 30:9 in other Polish & UK brands, I would definitely be swimming in a bigger cup than the 30:7. I would just keep that in mind if you are considering this bra (or many others from this brand).
