The plunge problem?
Even in plunges that seem to fit very nicely, I ALWAYS end up falling out of them when I wear them. I'm constantly having to watch out for that rogue nipple bulging out of the cup and tuck it back in. I think it is because I have a very high, close-set root. Could I be right? Does anybody else have this issue even in plunges that seem to fit perfectly when you try them on?? Any suggestions for how I can prevent it when I need to wear one?

Actually I have some problem like you so whenever I buy plunge bra I just go 1cup size up
I do as well, at least in most (not in EM for some reason) and I'm pretty sure it's because I'm center full. You could use a nipple cover or try double sided tape, i think it's called Hollywood tape.
