I came here because I am a transvestite and wanted to see what might fit me in the styles I prefer (open cup, sports bras, pushup. etc.). I am married and there are no issues there, but I don't like shopping because it makes me feel uncomfortable even when my wife goes with me so I would like to be able to shop online. I'm hoping I can find a size that fits and does the main thing I want, to push in from the sides. I have rather large breasts for a male, but it's all in the wrong places

We can help, but without measurements we won't know what to suggest. The bras that will achieve the effect you want won't be the same if you are a slight, slim guy with a 31" torso (under breast tissue) as opposed to a taller or chunkier person with a 40" torso. The volume of your breasts also makes a difference. Have you entered your measurements into Bratabase? What is it suggesting?
