Okay. Who designs these Felina bras? Not for wide or tall roots. This bra feels like a vice on my broad frame. Pretty lace. Too bad it would never fit me no matter how much weight I lose. Major side boob/underarm fat going on here. I am tempted to cut out the wire and use an extender to try and turn this thing into a bralette because the lace is so pretty.
Has anyone had luck making a too narrow bra fit by removing the wire? Or should I just donate it?

  • It doesn't hurt to take out the wires and see what it is like. You can always slide them back in and stitch closed if you decide it doesn't work and you want to pass it on. Let us know how it goes!

  • I’ve actually done this before. With my last pregnancy I had zero room between the bottom of my breasts and my baby belly. I took the wires out of a few old ill fitting bras. Basically what happened was it gave more of a uniboob fit since the wires were no longer there to hold the bra in the center or the sides agains the body. Also my boobs spilled out the sides where the cup met the band. But when it came to comfort at the time, I didn’t care how it really looked lol.
