Low impact sport's bra

This is a bit of an awkward question as it's going against everything typically sought after in a sports bra. Currently I wear bras in the 32GG-H -34G-GG corner of the chart. The thing is, the boobs are still pretty much self-supported. I have to admit to wearing at least two barely-bras on a regular basis, one being a tight shirt that's cut off at the underbust and tied, the other a 34D "sports" bra (seeing it's so stretchy I can wear it without an issue, I'm horrified it's marketed as such). It's just enough to give a gentle lift and keep them contained with regular activities.

I'm looking for something in between the support I get from a "no-bra" like that and a regular bra. Something with enough coverage to contain them when I do yoga, but still light enough. Something that will fit and not shift on me whatever I do, even if I lift my arms fast or happen to be upside down. But still soft and stretchy enough to not feel significantly more constraining than a tanktop when I draw the deepest of breaths.

Do you have any tips?

  • While technically marketed as a High Impact Sports Bra, I really love my Anita Active Wire Free Sports Bra (5527) for days I can't be bothered to wear a normal bra, but still want extra support. I personally wouldn't call it a High Impact sports bra, maybe a medium support sports bra? It is really comfortable and the material is very soft.

  • The Change Sport bra is also very good for yoga. There is mesh on top of the cup for better coverage.
