Seems to fit well and be comfortable all around, except the underwires stab into my under arm really badly

helpfulIt looks like the cup volume is too small based on your measurements and appearance. The side of the cup wire seems to be stretched out and is situated on bra tissue. Perhaps a larger cup size would do the trick. If not a bra style with more projection into the front could be worth a try. Good luck in your bra journey!

I agree--I think the band is too tight and cups are too small. Perhaps try 90E in this style, though it's possible that that would be too projected.
