Issue resolved
I ended up returning the bra, it was comfortable, but the shoulder straps kept sliding off.
Original problem
Why are there wrinkles at the bottom of the cup? Should I go down a cup size?
This bra is quite comfortable, the band is snug enough. No matter how much I try to adjust my boobs within the cups, there are wrinkles at the bottom of the cup.
My shape is narrow, even, projected with average-to-short roots, close-set with lots of upper-center fullness and soft, saggy breast tissue.

If you like this bra and are comfortable in it, it's fine. Keep wearing! Sure it is not a perfect fit. The cups are technical too small, the gore is not narrow enough, and it is not projected enough - but if you are comfortable and feel supported KEEP IT AND KEEP WEARING IT!
There is nothing you can do to fix the wrinkling at the bottom, the cups are just too small and not projected enough. Through the picture it does not look like the cups are too wide for you, if you could mark on the picture where your roots end compared to the cup wire, that would help. Or tell me how far away from your roots the cup edge is would work as well. I honestly don't think any Fantasie be will be a good shape match for you.
I will go have a look at the other bras you have tried and your measurements and see if I can give you any good recommendations for better shape matches!Updated on January 4, 2021 Flag this

I think this is a shape mismatch issue, and can't really be fixed by downsizing. The Illusion has shallow cups and is very closed on top. If you size down, the bra will likely cut in on top.
Edit:. I just tried mine on, and I get the same wrinkling at the base of the cup as you do. I agree with the other commenter that if the bra is otherwise comfortable, keep it.

helpful36gg is too small for you. I would try 34h uk in this bra. I have the same bra in 32hh. I love it! Good luck. I hope this helps. 😊
