This has been a great sports bra for me- my boobs don’t bounce and I feel perky and secure. However, my neck and shoulders are starting to hurt when I wear this bra. Do I need to go up a size? I’m afraid if I do then it will be too loose and my boobs will be all over the place.

helpfulYour sports bra size usually is the same as your regular bra size, or one band size up, one cup size down. You got 32FF, go from that, maybe try 34F. All of your 34D and 34DD bras are way too small, and those soft sports bras won't do much for you anyway.

Yes, I can say it just by looking. Your breast tissue on the sides is not fully contained, and you have cleavage in this bra. Plus it gives you kind of a droopy shape.
You can still wear it, but I recommend buying a proper wired sports bra asap, which wouldn't compress your breasts like that. -
Okay. Bummer. Man, I’m learning so much. Two days ago I would have thought this was a good fit. I thought if it kept me in place I was good. I knew there was cleavage but I thought that was normal. However, I didn’t notice I looked droopy until you said that. My straps were tightened too and the band wasn’t riding up, so do you think that’s happening because I’m not wearing a wire?
Last question- where would you recommend getting a sports bra?
-
It's happening because of different reasons: bra can't contain all your breast tissue, band isn't supportive enough, wire isn't holding cups in place.
It's ok, don't be too upset over it, we all have been there. Don't be afraid to go several cup sizes up, sometimes we squeeze our boobs in bras WAY too small and even make them look decent. After wearing a proper sized bra you'll never go back to your old ones.
As for bra shopping in general I'd recommend Brastop (a lot of bras for sale with occasional free worldwide delivery), or Amazon (quick delivery and easy returns). Asos carries a couple of Curvy Kate models and sells bras of its own brand though they might be inconsistent in size. Ebay is a good option too. There are other lingerie stores as FigLeaves or Bravissimo
You can buy sports bras on Brastop, Amazon, Figleaves, just avoid Asos. I've bought mine on AliExpress and love it. -
also if you have to tighten the straps for lift - it doenst fit. the straps should be tightened only enough that they dont fall down. I'm bigger - i've been buying all my bras on line since i came here and figured out what actually fit1

is it both shoulders? if it's only ur right shoulder then it could be because your left breast smaller? i sort of looks like it in the pic. but racerback style bras are notorious for cause migraines and shoulder pain because they press on a neck nerve.

You wont really find a good bra at target.

helpfulLike you, I needed more space and a smaller band (28'). I gave up on sports bras and adopted a Boo Band. It is a velcro strap that is positioned above the breast tissue. I wear any comfortable bra with the Boo Band and experience minimal bounce. However, I have not run in it, just lots of aerobic dancing.
Also, racerback and cross strap backs cause me pain, too. Perhaps they irritate a nerve? Once again, the Boo Band eliminates those irritants.
Best wishes finding something that works for you!

Good to know! Thanks. Do you think this one is better than the other bras though? Enough to get by until I get a new one? Without looking at the size 34D, do you think by the picture it doesn’t fit?
