Parfait By Affinitas » Kimberly Balconette (1612) » 38G 38:9
I like this bra a lot, and I think it fits pretty well. The band is very tight, so I use an extender. The straps are far apart and I'm thinking about moving them closer together. The gore doesn't tack, and there's a little space on both sides of the gore, but I guess that's because it's shallow? My Charlotte does the same thing. What do you guys think?

helpfulIts hard to tell without your perimeter measurements, but the cups actually look maybe too small rather than just too shallow? that is a really odd strap placement. Cute tho

helpfulWould you be happier in a 40 band? I think that the cups would be better if they were bigger, but it's not just a size issue. It's a shape issue. The gore on your bra is wide to the point where it prevents your breast tissue from being where it is supposed to be. Maybe try a 40G bra with touching or overlapping underwires?

A 40 band would be more comfortable, but I think the cups would be wider and come up farther under my arms, which I definitely don't need. I took the gore in on my Charlotte, and that fixed every problem I had with that one, but it would just make the band shorter on this one. I've been having issues with the gores on almost all of my bras lately. Unless the bra is a plunge, the wires hurt. So I don't really mind the gore not tacking since at least it's not digging in and hurting me.

B1994 I know that Ewa Michalak makes bras that have touching or overlapping underwires. A narrow gore on a 40 band bra might just be great.

I want an Ewa so bad, but I can't afford a new one, and I haven't seen any used ones close to my size.

helpfulLooks like you could use a cup size bigger as it looks like there is some quad boobing. It is hard to tell but it looks like the underwire doesn't sit flat in the middle, or does it?

I'll update my measurements today. I think the straps are so far apart because it's a multiway.
