Bra fitting help » I cannot find bras to fit. I am supposed to be a 36D. Front gores are problems.
Aootoo » Unknown Model » 38 C/D
Fits for the most part, but band still seems tight and causes red marks. Getting some slight quad boob and some wrinkling in the front straps. Feels like there is some pulling at the bottom of the gore. Am wearing this with a extension set on the first row of hooks.

helpfulEDITED: Based on information provided in subsequent fit requests, I updated the size suggestions.
If you can wear these narrow, vertical wires, there is no wired bra better for very close-set, center-full breasts than styles like your Aootoo. The construction for comfort is second to none.
I'd try the 40 C/D...If you can find it. Another user had good luck finding this style on TaoBao. You may need to alter the band.
Here are wire-free options that accommodate center-full, close-set breasts. They provide light support which is perfect for walking, yoga, office work, lounging, and sleeping. I can wear them all day with no discomfort.
This is my current favorite (L is the size I'd recommend): https://www.amazcom/MIRITY-Freedom-Seamless-Spandex-White/dp/B076HS82SM/ref=sr_1_5?s=appar! el&ie=UTF8&qid=1532717046&sr=1-5&nodeID=7147440011&psd=1&keywords=mirity+sports+bras+for+women
This, too, may be an option, size L (my current 2nd favorite): https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07BB7T5P9/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Bali 3488 and 6549 allow for center fullness. Try size Medium and Large. Both may require a band alteration to better fit.
You may need to try multiple sizes before you find the best fit. Good luck

On both recommended styles for the casual bra it looks like the gore will be too wide. The second may be a bit more narrow than the first. Do you of any built for comfort that have no gore?
-
These have the most narrow gores I've found. Check my profile for a list of others that are wider ;-)

cupandahalf Maybe. Comexim are unwearable for me because of the wide gore base and narrow wires. But, Mabqueen may be able to wear them. I'll hope.

helpfulI have never heard of that brand, but in a UK sizing, you would be more like a 34 . . are you sure your perimeter is 8 inches? 34DD? But you really look bigger than that to me? Where did you get told you were a 36D? And in UK models, if its a 36, the stretched band should be around 36 inches . . .

I am overweight. The measurement just under the bust is relatively small, but the area around the ribs is larger. So I guess I have been trying to compensate for that? Last time they measured me at at a store for bras, they said I was a perfect 36D. I measured the perimeter incorrectly - it is really 10.75 inches. The bra that I got from the Double Divas is 38 D and it has always felt tight.

What brand is it, the 38D? Because some brands still use '+5' sizing, so the bands are smaller than the numbers. US cup sizes are different than UK cup sizes. So it can be confusing. Do you mean Double Divas like the TV show?
And really, your bra band is supposed to lay parallel to the floor, exactly under your boobs, so you should measure there and thats where it should fit
I mean, not this bra, because its as semi-long-line, so yes, it would have to be big enough to fit slightly lower, too. It really looks too small in the cups tho.
Is this a wireless bra?
It just fits so differently from the bras I'm used to seeing here.
Like this, for example - they also have a different sizing, they use european sizing: https://www.bratabase.com/browse/comexim/irish-coffee-plunge-bra-335/75J/

dbmamaz It looks very similar to this: http://bra.pe/XWxe/

The bra here is Fall Sweet brand. I had tried on so many that I got the brands mixed up.

Love4Pollinators what about Comexim Ginger in 80H/85G? Would that be a good alternative that might provide support while lifting without too much uncomfortable seperation?
