Issue resolved
I returned the bra to the shop! I am going to buy a bra a size smaller.
Original problem
I normally prefer balcony or half-cup bras like Panache Jasmine ( I own two in size 36GG).
The central gore of this bra is not laying flat, at the same time there is extra fabric under the arm. I have tried tightening straps, no success.
My guess is that it is simply not my shape and I have to return it back to shop.

This looks simply too big. The measurements also suggest the same problem: I did a "compare bras" (link below, I hope it will work). The Elomi in this size is much wider, taller and with taller wings (the sides where you have too much fabric). It is also deeper, technically, in this size though I imagine the design of this bra has a shallower cup proportionally. For this reason I don't know if you would be able to wear it in a 36GG but it might be worth a try.
If you are looking for a better molded/foam cup design, I would suggest you look for a bra that has similar height/width as the Jasmine, since it is a good match for your natural shape.https://www.bratabase.com/compare/dloh6/

helpfulThis bra has two major design flaws: 1. The gore is very wide, and 2. The wires are very soft and not stabilized in a non-stretch frame/wing. So when you wear the band as firm as normal the wires pull away, causing the too-wide gore to be angled away. Your close set breasts just increase that problem. I usually fix this problem by narrowing the gore and replacing the wires because this is the only molded bra in my size range, but you have more options that would probably be much better. I also agree that you could size down in this- I wear a 40JJ in Elomi and wear this in 40HH because the fabric is stretchy. Good luck!
