This bra has a elastic stitched to the top of the bra and I get a very slight quad boob because of this. I am afraid that if I size up in cup I might not get support from the cups and they would be too big for me. What do you all think?

helpfulThat cup definitely looks too small but the wires look like they follow the shape of your root very well. Others have said that Comexim will make cups with extra depth as a custom order, maybe that would work for you.
Apart from the quadding the bra looks lovely on you.
