This brand uses traditional EU sizing, so the 70 band is not like a 32 band UK/US, it's like a 28 band.

According to this size chart, this bra should fit someone with 68 - 72 cm band measurement (approx. 26.7 - 28.3 inches), and 100-102 cm bust measurement (approx. 39.4 -40.2 inches)

I think that this bra would be good for someone with narrow roots, and tall roots/upper fullness.
