Oh, Morgan. I’ve tried you in I think 4? 5? sizes now. Honestly, I was actually surprised by the fit of the 36J and the 36HH Morgan. The wires were less “pudding”-like (as another user called them in one of my other reviews of Morgan), which was a plus. I believe that the 34 band was a definite too small when I tried Morgan before. The problem is, it almost seems like the 36 is too big! Not as much of an issue with this one, the 36J, because it doesn’t fit for many other reasons.

The wires are too wide, which caused that weird wrinkling on the ... sides again. It had great projection and the gore tacked. The lace was flat but had plenty of space as well. It didn’t wrinkle, but it just had a lot of space. I’m not very fond of the Toasted Almond color, but that’s just preference. (I really tend to elan towards black bras, IDK why.) The material is A+ just like the majority of other Elomi bras.

While this one was not a good fit, see my review on the 36HH - Elomi » Morgan Banded Bra (4110) because I think it was a better fit for me. I’m also planning on trying Morgan in a 36H, but I have a feeling that will be too small.

I love the look of this bra, it’s such a pretty pattern and colour on you! Sorry it didn’t fit though

margesimpson thank you! I’m not surprised about the fit...I had a feeling it was going to be too big but I try to try on sizes that are bigger and smaller just to get a good baseline.

I think Elomi has changed the wires on their newer bras. Styles that have been around for a while like the basic colours of their staples (Morgan, Kim) can have still old "pudding" wires but I think newer bras will have the improved wire. If you get new seasonal colours most have new wires, if you get older style it depends on how old stock is.

This is probably the best fit so far, though I wish there was a balconette. The straps are close enough for my narrow shoulders. The band is too tight, but with an extender I can wear it. The cups are a tad too small and give me a bit of quad-boob, but not too noticeable under clothes. Wore it for a day and it was so comfortable I forgot I was wearing it. The edge of the band didn't irritate my skin like the Panache Jasmines do. I think I will try a 38J and 38HH to see if the too small cup is band related or not.

I have now tried this bra in 36J, 34JJ - Elomi » Morgan Banded Bra (4110) , and 36HH - Elomi » Morgan Banded Bra (4110) . I normally wear a 36HH or 36J, but the band seems to stretch quickly. The 34JJ is probably the best fit, even though it fits like a very snug 36—the 36 bands fit more like snug 38s and ride up slightly even on the tightest band. The 36HH is a little too small in the cups, but the 36J is too big in the cups, while the 34JJ is pretty close to perfect. All of them do sit pretty close to my IMF, are about perfect in terms of width, and almost (but not quite) accommodate my massive immediate projection needs. The gore on the 36J and 36HH are too wide, while the 34JJ is about perfect. The 36 band bras just don't ever quite fit right, if you know what I mean—the 34JJ isn't quite perfect, but it *feels* just about right.
