I think the band fits like a true 26. My measurements indicate 26D, but I usually wear 28s. While this bra fits a lot snugger, it feels supportive, not suffocating. I have some small gaps in the middle-top ish areas hours after s&s, but it's not too bad honestly. The wires are on the narrower side. While they do contain my breast tissues, the outer ends of the wires dig in initially.

Update: After couple of wears and washes this bra fits me pretty well. I still have to scoop & swoop once or twice throughout the day though.
