This is the most uncomfortable material in a bra ever. The fabric feels like fine sand paper on skin. Very rough. I just wore it for a few minutes but until now I can feel somewhat of a slight tingling/burning sensation. (This is what I feel like when I get sunburned. At least a milder version of it.)
The band fits just fine on me (I measure 27-29.5).
The cups are a bit too small on my larger breast and fits just right on my smaller one. Even though the cup may be too small for me, I still feel it is a supportive bra.
This is not a padded bra, but rather lightly lined.

Wish they made it with a comfortable fabric.

    Update:
Washed the bra, and the material became more bearable. Still uncomfortable, but bearable. I just make a conscious effort to have less friction when I put it on.

This is not a perfect fit but so far this is my best fitting bra to date because most of my bras are still 32DDs.

    • most comfy bra i've worn is padded ewa michalak - lined with cotton!

    • I just wore the Patsy yesterday. I admit it's not as comfortable as some bras but I didn't think it was that bad. Maybe my boobs are numb from all the nursing though.

    • I just got the Patsy recently, too. The fabric is kinda harsh, I agree - I don't know it it softens with washing. Worn it once for half a day, but had no skin reaction or anything. It fits me similarly. Mine is black, which colour did you get?

    • mine is black white white dots. the cups are lined. but the straps are really rough. only my back is affected since cups are lined. i am planning to just put tissue when i wear it. :) the effect is not gone until now. hopefully with washing it will get softer.

@erispe what size did you get?

    • 28F black with white dots - the very same. :)

    • and it fits you just right? erispe

    • and it fits you just right? erispe

    • Fits me like it fits you - good on one side, a little small on the other. I can't get a 28ff though, the cup will be too wide.
But Freya unlined balconies/plunges are usually a perfect fit for me in 28f or 30e.

    • good thing that you mentioned that. i was planning on ordering a 28FF.

    • I don't know if we have the same root width, some Eveden bras are a little wide for me even in 28F-30E, so the wires of 28E-30DD would have the ideal width, but the cups mostly aren't deep enough. Also, when I was smaller in size, I had shorter roots - my roots have gotten taller with the boob growth, but not much wider, if at all. My shape has changed by getting more upper fullness. Now I can wear bra styles that I couldn't before my weight gain. But this also means that some others have become out of reach. I am more comfortable wearing unpadded styles now.

This is currently my most comfortable bra!

When I got it a few month ago the material around the straps felt irritating and the band felt too loose. But the fit looked really good so I couldn't bring myself to return it and somehow forgot about it.

Three week ago I got a really bad bronchitis and suddenly felt strangled in my Cleo and Panache bras. Looking for something looser I gave this one another try. I soaked it and loosened the straps a little and now it is super comfortable. The cups feel so soft and nice. They have just the right amount of padding to look smooth without ... feeling bulky and warm. The shape it also great: Somewhat wider and less round then my Cleo bras but still nice and perky especially from the sides.

The wires are flexible but quite narrow (much narrower then in the Freya Rapture). They sit about 1cm behind my breast tissue and I don't feel them at all. The gore tacks but it is barely noticeable compare to my Cleo / Panache bras.

Support is surprisingly good. The band is very loose: Stretched it is about 10.5cm (4.1 inches) longer them my Cleo Marcie (http://bra.pe/XYLq/). But it stays in place just as fine and I don't have to adjust my boobs during a busy workday. But this is probably also due to the narrow strap placement and the less projected cup shape that keeps my breasts closer to the chest. It probably just felt unsupportive at first because I was so used to the death grip of my other 28F/FF bras.

My only issue is that the dots appear slightly darker on the straps which makes them looks dirty or washed out even though I have only washed it a couple of times. But overall I am very happy to have rediscovered this one and I will totally get it in more colors.

    • So happy you found comfort! Bronchitis coughs--those require energy, space, and lots of air. Hope you are fully recovered now.

Thank you, Love4Pollinators. I'm fine since I passed it on to my boyfriend last week. But at least he doesn’t have to wear a bra while coughing ;-)

I want to love this bra, but the gore is stabbing me in the worst place possible. So I won't be keeping it. The wires are also a bit wider than I am used to. The band fits me perfectly, tight and supportive, but I'm closer to a 29" underbust so it might be a bit loose for others.

The cups have three vertical seams, which I've never seen before. I think i like it! I also like this design with the beige polka dots so much more than I thought I would. I personally cant stand the pink Patsy, but this one has a totally different look to it.

    • Ugh about the gore, but this coloway looks fantastic on you.

    • I had a completely different issue with this bra - not enough depth.

    • erispe, what were your issues with the Bella? Still trying to decide how i feel about it. The band is too tight but i have an extender. The wires are too wide and there is a bit too much wrinkling at the top of the cups for me.

    • annabellynn The cup was too small on my larger side and created a weird shape even with an extender.

Excellent fit. I have shallow breasts with a wide root and this fits great. Typically Freya underwires can be a little too narrow on me but in this one it's fine. The lace lies flat and adds a nice detail. The straps are easy to adjust. The band is a little snugger than I'm used to but I went for a 28F instead of my usual 30E because Freya bands are stretchier and I find that a 30E ends up being too big after the first wash and a few years.

My small complaint is that the fabric of the straps is a bit rough, I hope it softens with wear and washing but I wish they would have lined it with something soft like the did to the material of the cups. The wires are also very stiff, I would have preferred some sort of padding there or a more flexible underwire.

My fit needs: projected, immediately projected, slightly narrow, fob with tall roots (functionally even), very close set, very center full.
I've had this bra for 4 years and it's still on the 2nd hook! Originally I had problem with the gore being too high like all non-plunges but it actually helped reduce my symmastia. It's super cute and it gives nice cleavage. I'd say it is projected and average width and the straps are a little wide but not as bad as most bras. The cups are very open on top which is why I think I can get away with it as a uk 28FF. That being said, I am quadding when I am a 28G so maybe I should get the next size up? But I am afraid of too wide straps and the cups going into my armpit.

This bra seems reasonably projected, and slightly closed on top. It gives a good shape, similar to the "cakes on a plate". I think I need a cup size up.

The Patsy looks great and gives a nicely lifted rounded shape. Narrow wires, deeps cups, but not deep enough for my larger side.
The mesh straps seem a bit rough, but that should soften with wash and wear.

November 2015: The calculations make this bra seem like it should fit me perfectly. Alas, this flattens me out, pushes my breasts into my armpits, and causes a slight bit of quad-boob. (Blame it on the flimsy underwires!!)

I've always wanted this bra, but I always thought I was either stuck between 28DD and 28E, and then between 28E and 28F when my breasts got bigger. Now that I gained more weight about 2 months ago, I thought the 28F would be perfect based off the measurements of my two best fitting bras (Cleo Maddie 28FF and Curvy Kate Ritzy 28F). But sadly, now I think I'm between 28F ... and 28FF. I think that sizing up would cause too much of a gap in the top. I absolutely love the appearance of this bra, and am so sad that it doesn't fit.

The straps are scratchy, but the band is firm and smaller than the decos. I believe that the cups are open enough for my FOT shape, but they just seem a bit too small overall.

Also, I've discovered that while my breasts naturally sit in a wide and shallow shape, the tissue is flexible enough so that when I bend over, or gather my breast tissue in my hands, I get a much more narrow and projected shape. Because of this, I've been trying bras that create the more projected shape while still being comfortable. The biggest problem is getting wires too narrow and they sit on the side edge of my breast tissue. Anyway, the point is, while wide and shallow bras (like Tutti Rouge bras) sit around my breasts in the most natural shape, I prefer my breasts to not look wider than my torso or shallower than my stomach. When I compared the Patsy measurements to the Ritzy measurements, they seemed to be very close, closer than my Cleo Maddie, but this bra is the most flattening out of all three! I don’t know what happened; maybe the wires are really weak so they stretch with the band and compromise the depth of the cups? (Oh yeah, definitely, the wires are crap, they feel like plastic and can be bent almost completely straight!!)

I might keep this bra fit a few more months. I’ve been starting to walk about 2 miles almost every day and cut out most of the candy/chocolate/bad processed foods from my diet and am eating nearly all three meals a day from scratch, and I’ve already lost a tiny bit of water weight, so I might possibly shrink in size. I usually gain weight last and lose it first in my breasts, so we’ll see.

I really wanted to try Patsy again, because it's so pretty and so comfortable. That remains the case in 28F (and 28FF). Per usual, there is slight gaping on my smaller side; moreover, there still seems to be some orange in a glass going on, so perhaps this is just a shape mismatch, which is disappointing because it's such a nice bra! There's good uplift—nothing crazy, just very soft and feminine. The band does not seem too firm to me, as tends to be the case with Freya even right off the bat, so I'm sure it would stretch over time.

27 inch UB but I am usually more comfortable in 30 bands. It is comfortable but quite snug. This is such a perfect fit that I am going to keep it and see how it wears. Very cute bra. The fabric is a bit stiff and scratchy, but I think that will soften with wear.
