So, I use one of these as both a sports bra and a sleeping bra.
It's got wide, padded straps, which are incredibly comfortable. It's breathable, so you don't tend to get that icky sweaty stuck together feeling when you exercise. It does compress your breasts, but not in that uncomfortable strapped down kind of way. I'm not sure I would recommend this for extremely rigorous activities for the larger busted ladies, however.
My only real complaint about it is that the elastic at the bottom tends to end up rolling upwards over time. And it isn't pretty...but hey, it gets the job done.
