This bra has a fairly severe diagonal at the top of the cup – there is some flattening and squooshing going on, as there is for me with all bras cut in this fashion. It does give a pointed rather than rounded silhouette, which I personally do not see as a deficit; in fact, it's what I reach for when seeking a midcentury silhouette.
If I were to replace this bra, I would go down a band size (there has always been a bit of shifting) and would consider going down a cup size (I have lost weight since its purchase). So, probably a 30F.
