    SIZE DOWN IN CUP. Floral Shimmer. Overall very pleased! Thanks to PetiteCollegiate for her review, or I never would have found this rare ABTF! I have never tried this brand before, so I cannot comment on differences from other colorways, but I will say this one is much like Comexim (actually a better fit than I get in Comexim Basic, I'd say neck and neck with my AP, and for a fraction of the cost!).

    Cups- Borderline quad on my larger side, minimal gaping on my smaller side, so I'd say cups are perfect. Narrowish. They are not TTS (Cups in this are the same size ... as my AP 32FF and Panache Clara 32F). This has a good amount of bottom projection. Appearance under shirts is green-purple shape, which is my ideal. It's like I'm holding my boobs in the ideal supported shape. I get a weensy bit of buckling of top line of cup close to the gore, which I think is related to the straps being a weensy bit too far apart for me, but it doesn't do this as much as the other bras I currently have and it does not bother me/show.
    Band- on the tighter end of 32 but not horribly so. I am currently wearing with an extender on the first hook and it's lovely. I anticipate being able to nix the extender after several wears. Has a plastic vertical strip encased in fabric on the side where fabric transitions from satin to mesh under the arms (don't know what this is called, but it prevents wrinkly band under the arms and increases stability. win!)
    Straps- are thankfully closer together than they were in the 32F, which was the #1 issue for me, and are not rubbing or irritating at all. I probably move them in a few cm closer together than they are designed to sit, which causes the weensy cup buckling near the gore; to be perfect for me, they could be moved in 1cm. It's a very sturdy design. I feel like I could wear this on my 24h shift and still be supported. But it's comfortable and a U-back. Win! Strap width is 0.5in. Straps are cushioned and not holding a lot of weight.
    Gore- narrow. Yay.
    Wires- channels are 1.5cm longer than the wires under the arms and at gore. They are low/medium flexibility. Not soft, not hard.

    Note, if you order from BareNecessities, their size in this brand is one size up. To get this UK32E, I had to order "32F."

    Second try at this bra. The Floral Shimmer pattern has been made deeper than previous models, mostly at the apex. The cup has not been made and shorter, but it has been made narrower. It now runs about a cup size large--I am typically 32F and the 32F was way too large in the cups, this 32E fits me perfectly in the cups but the band is way too large at 33 in and rides way up my back. I'm surprised--I thought Parfait bands were known for running tight. I'll have to exchange this again for a 30F.

    • That's weird - I just got 32E floral and I have to wear it with an extender on the first hook. I'm just right in 32 panache, AP, and 70 Comexim. Maybe they have inconsistencies?

      Thanks for your review - I was tempted to try past colorways but now I won't since the cups were wider. :)

    • Maybe there is an inconsistency--the 32F I tried before was fine in the band. I hope I don't regret exchanging it for a 30F...

    Cup:
    * Gives breasts horizontal oval shape.
    * Wires way too narrow.
    * Top of cup: quad boob.
    * Bottom of cup filled.
    * Side sling gaps, doesn't support.

    Straps:
    * too far apart, slip
    * adjust short enough

    Assessment and Plan:
    * Also tried in 34D & 34DD (band too big, still to shallow).
    * Cups too shallow. Try different styles.

    I never ended up wearing this because it's stiff and not comfortable. It looked fabulous at the store, but maybe I should have gone up a band size? It has great lift, it's pretty - has that burlesque-ish aesthetic going for it what with the red satin. Alas.

    I was excited to try this bra, but was skeptical it would work for me. It fit better than expected! The band is comfortable and not too tight for me. The cups were narrow and fit well with no gaping. I loved the color and fabric - the satin on the side/bottom is super pretty - and my partner was enthusiastic when I took it out of the package (he normally doesn't show preference when bras arrive).

    Sadly I didn't love the way it made my breasts look. I didn't get great cleavage. Underneath a shirt, there was a pointy-down angle, and the seams showed through. The straps dug in a little and were bothersome by my arms. I'll be returning it, but it is a beautiful bra!

    The slight increase in both width and hight in the 32DDD cup vs. the 32DD cup seemed to fit me a little better and be slightly more comfortable. The actual depth of the cup at it's deepest area didn't actually change, the 32DDD just comes up higher on the top and is slightly wider on the outside edge of the underwire. Unfortunately, because the top outer edge was just a little bit closer to my armpit, the motion of extending my arm forward caused the stiff fabric and top trim edge of the cup to bow outward giving me very noticeable gaping. I decided to stick with the 32DD in both the wild pink and wine purple colorway (see my other reviews for pictures of the purple in both 32DD and 32DDD). I have also added pictures to the comparison between the 32DD and 32DDD Charlotte Padded Bra so the difference in cup projection at the top is visible.

    I tried on both 32DD and 32DDD in the wine purple color. The 32DDD gave me a bit more room on the outside of the cup as the underwires were a little wider and the cup a little taller. The depth of the cup didn't seem to be different, just the hight and width. The 32DDD was a little more comfortable and seemed to fit me better overall but the gaping on the outer top edge of the cup when I extended my arms forward was just ridiculous. I ended up going with the 32DD, as there was far less gaping.

    This bra is at least a cup size too small for me; purchased before I really understood correct sizing--I'd get a 30FF or G if I purchased it again. The fabric is nice quality for this price point, and the dusty rose colorway is lovely. I think it would work well for shallow shapes; cup seems to run small all around.

    The gore was strangely far more uncomfortable than any I've ever tried, not sure if it was because the bra is the wrong size or the wires are very stiff.

    Cupwise, I seem to be in between a 32DD and a 32DDD. I really need a 30 band though. I heard that the band runs tight and the cups small in the Charlotte, so I thought a 32DDD might work well for me. Nope. Band is definitely too large. In the photo, I have my fist under there and it's on the tightest row of hooks. Also I feel like maybe this is too projected of a shape for my wideset shallow breasts. I had gaping at the top. Back it goes. Maybe it would work in a different size.
