Well... it's not the worst strapless ever. It's a shape mismatch, but that's a guarantee for projected boobs in a strapless bra. I've owned this bra twice now in 2 totally different sizes. In my blog review I talk a little bit about why all strapless bras are shallow, and how I've managed to make this one "work" by being in a size far from my usual size. It's wide. It's big. It's tall. It does the job, though.

    • Strapless bras were always my enemy in my pre-bra-that-fits days, and at least now I know why - I'm not shallow! I still don't relish the idea of having to wear one - even in my correct size - but if I do, I shall use your tip of sizing up.

If you can handle the cup height I think it helps to size up in strapless bras. I woul never settle for wires this wide in my regular bras. But strapless bras are a different bird. It's a compromise lol.

Like you, I'm low-set, and I also don't wear low-cut tops, so I should be good!

I wanted to love this bra, but couldn't. First and foremasr, the band is insanely tight. I could barely fasten it, and the rubbery lining (not sure how to describe it) makes it even worse, digging in constantly. The wires and cups are both very wide, extending well into my armpits. The cups are fairly shallow, but because it is so wide I got gaping rather than quadboob. Overall, just wrong. Would work better for a shallow/wide 30FF or a regular/wide 30F.

This is one of the bras I bought when I was still clueless, but knew the 34DDs I was wearing weren't right. I knew I should have been in a bigger cup size, but I tried on this bra in every size from 30F to 30G and 32E to 32G and kept coming up with crumpling at the base of the cups. I had no idea how to interpret this at the time, so I kept the one closest to the size I was used to. Even in the correct size, I still get creasing at the bottom of the cups in this style.

I was looking for a strapless bra for the summer, and this one fit the bill quite well. It stays up and requires very little adjusting throughout the night (even while dancing) since the band is quite snug, thanks a piece of thick elastic that runs throughout and a 3 hook closure. My main complaint with this bra would be that the padding in the cups is VERY stiff. It feels a little like armor. While this may serve as some structure, it doesn't make for a very natural feel (or appearance), as I usually prefer totally unlined cups. But for someone who likes padding in their bras, I'm sure it would be just fine. It does what it's meant to do very well, and I have lately taken to wearing it with the straps during the colder weather if I feel like having little extra padding.

You know, I sold my old beige Deco strapless. "32E?" I said to myself, "That's not really going to happen anymore, not with these boobs." And then I promptly lost weight and consequently two bra sizes, then I quit hormones and lost one more. And I cursed myself for not hanging onto my smaller bras. I know better now. Who knows when laziness and holiday foods will get the best of me? I'm hanging onto ALL THE BRAS in ALL THE SIZES. So yeah, I bought another Deco strapless from another bratabase user - but this time in sexy (and slightly ... less practical) black! It has all the usual gold stars: Great fit, nice uplift, stiff padding but at least it's a complementary shape, snug band, multiple attachment loops for the straps. (Speaking of which, who the hell can use those wider loops anyway? They might as well not even be there, all tucked away in my armpits. End rant.)

Long story short, this is the best strapless bra on the market. Even though I'm not a big fan of molded bras for every day wear, I keep coming back to this bad boy for all my convertible bra needs.

The bottom of the cups are a bit too shallow for me. I fall out of this bra without the straps. A 30FF or 32F works better for me.

I really like this bra. It fits well, and the band feels a bit tighter than the other Decos I have. The cups are also a slightly different shape, I guess because it is a strapless bra. The come up a little higher on the side, towards the armpit.

It feels like it stays up pretty well without the straps, which is something that I have never found in a strapless bra before.
