    General comments:

This is the first bra I've ever tried that actually fits me perfectly. The band is nice and snug at the loosest hook, the wires encircle my breasts comfortably as they should , the cups are well filled out without wrinkling, spilling or cutting in anywhere, the shape they give me is natural but nice and rounded and not too East-West for a change, in short: everything is perfect!

    Bra description:

A handsome full-cup bra made out of black stretch lace partly underlined with a sheer, very smooth, non-stretch mesh. The whole appearance is quite delicate and subtly sheer. The 'side support slings' on the inside of the cups ... are made out the same smooth, sheer mesh material that is folded double so there's no rough, bumpy or overlocked edge touching the breasts.

    Fit:

As said, the fit of this bra is the best I've ever had of any bra. The band closes snugly without feeling constricting at the loosest hook, a very first for me. The centre gore stays lies nice and flat. The underwires are suitably wide (but not overly so) and they feel very comfortable. Apparently, a correctly fitting band DOES make all the difference https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_wink.gif" alt=";)" />

The cups give me a good shape, nothing dramatic, but I'm very happy with it. It's definitely the best I've ever had from a non-padded bra: supported and nicely rounded. I particularly like how my breasts are finally facing FORWARD, instead of their usual East-West. The stretch lace at the top of the cups is forgiving and does not cut in. Although I haven't worn it for very long yet, I feel can comfortably wear this bra despite my fluctuating size (breastfeeding).

The only thing to watch out for in this bra is to not tighten the straps too much. Pull them too tight ant the 'side support sling' will cause a slightly odd shape in the cups: a kind of indentation at the edge of the sling. My 'pear-shaped' breasts (relatively wide base topped with a puffy areola) actually HAVE an indentation at that point naturally so maybe this is something that isn't very noticeable in other breast shapes, but I though I'd mention it anyway.

    Appearance:

On me it is indeed a very full cup. I like the look and I'm not concerned with the lace showing under low-cut shirts as it's definitely pretty enough and I prefer seeing lace over cleavage anyway, but if that is not your thing then this is maybe not the bra for you. The bra is pretty and delicate and I just cannot believe how lovely and round my breasts look in it!

    Conclusion:

My favourite bra ever! Okay, so I haven't been around in the proper bra size world for that long as this is only my first 'real' bra, but it certainly is a good start https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_wink.gif" alt=";)" />

    Edited To Add:
I have now also added drop-cup nursing clasps to this bra which makes it even more perfect.

    • What exactly now again was your problem with Andorra later on?

    • Andorra cuts in along the cup edge. Also, it gives me a pointy shape when seen from the side, even though the cups seem half empty.

I should probably update the fit info I've provided here, because I've come to find the band too snug for comfort too.

This is one of my favorites and I just ordered two more in case they discontinue it.

The pink / red color is super intense. It looks weird and bikini like under anything bright and see through but works really well under a black top especially if you show some cleavage and the lace peeks out a little.

Sizing was difficult. I'm between a 28F and 28FF / 30F and the stretch lace felt very snug at first although it loosened up nicely after a few washes. But I was also missing a bit of space at the sides. The band is very tight, which made me try it in ... a 30F and 30E (it was in a shop so no pictures, sorry). In the 30F the cups were wrinkling which made the stretch lace super itchy. And I got the dreaded torpedo shape, poking nipples and a painful gore on top. In the 30E the gore felt good but the cups still looked pointy and the wires were too narrow, hurting my sides. So I decided to stick with the 28F as the tight band seems to stretch the wires enough for my wide roots and it somehow creates a rounder, perkier shape.

Quality is great. The straps are very smooth and comfortable the elastic is firm but not pinchy and the band didn't stretch in over 6 month.

The design is very interesting. Like with to my Panache Georgia (http://bra.pe/XYON/) the elastic is crossed over below the gore making the front part more rigid and supportive. I also like the side support slings attached to the straps which really push my wide set boobs to the center. When I shorten the straps a bit more, like in the pictures the slings also provide tonnes of support by stopping any east west movement. I even wore this thing during a kickbox sparing without adjusting it even once. (All my sports bras were dirty, don't try this). My only minor complaint is that the wires sometimes make a strange creaking noises when I lift my arms or twist my torso.

That color looks great on you! I do the same thing. When I find something I love I buy it in any color I can find to stock up.

Yeah, it's addicting. My next goal is to hunt down very colorway of the Cleo Marcie.

Love this cheerful color on you. Bet it is super cute peeking out from under black....I would definitely smile ;-)

I love love love this bra BUT goddamn, it's pointy!
It fits almost perfectly, just the tiniest amount of wrinkling in the nipple area, but only when I'm not standing straight up. It's just super pointy.
The side support paneling is super, comforting? Same with the tightness of the band. It's hard to describe how amazing this bra feels. Putting it on was almost like a relief! I love the color and the fabric is PERFECT. Seriously, I don't want to take it off. Ever.
ARGH! Why is it sooooo pointy? I am so torn on this bra. I LOVE IT, but I don't like how pointy it is. I tried it with a bunch of t-shirts and just can't do it. I don't mind regular pointy, but this is like WHOA pointy. It's also juuuust too small for me to add some nipple covers to try and even it out.
I guess I could try it in 28FF? Not sure though.

    • I think it looks really good on you. Scrumptious colourway. As for pointy? Nahhhh. Just your imagination. I have this same bra in a 40F and I love *love* *LOVE* it. I agree, it is very comfortable and supportive. I do think the band runs tight. Sadly, I'm starting to quad out, and a 40 band is now too big for me. I've been looking into replacing it with the plunge version, with appropriate cup- and band- size adjustments.

But then again, if I could find a Triumph Doreen Non-wired Bra at a good price, I'd buy it without a second thought.

    • It's absolutely my favorite color and I'm really kinda sad about the bra.. Even if the pointiness is in my head, it's still there and would bother me wearing it in public.
I'm still thinking about keeping the bra, but it's $37 and that's expensive for me for a bra. I'm planning on trying it tomorrow with more flowy tops and forcing nipple covers in there.. but I'm not holding out much hope.

    • Yea, I get that. Money's money, and when you're spending hard-earned money, you'd better be very happy with what you've bought. If I were you, I'd not even try making it work. You'll always feel uncomfortable with it, just *knowing* it's pointy, even if you can somehow obscure that.

Too many times I've fallen into that same trap, and eventually I'd stop wearing or using whatever it was.

Didn't they discontinue the andorra plunge version? I only have the balconette/full cup style, in a couple of colors.

That said, this bra in 32FF gives me a more 'natural' shaped silhouette rather than the very rounded modern t-shirt bra shape that has been popular for a while now. However, I prefer the 'natural' shaping given that's the appearance my boobs tend to take on in shape when left to their own devices. If I ever run into a person who has an issue with this sort of shape doesn't have to look at my boobs! ;)

    • 1

Maybe they did discontinue it. I've seen them around, though. I'm with you about shape. I am completely over the round mound boobs look. That's why I *love* unlined/unpadded bras, because of the more natural shaping and the ability of the breast to move, and to show the movement.

I think that boobies in all their many shapes and sizes should be accepted. We get but one life and the body we showed up in is what we have to work with, why not embrace the beauty of differences instead of trying to conform everyone to a particular standard. If I had a Tardis, I'd go back and prevent whoever decided that all boobs should be conformed into the t-shirt bra shape from actually making it happen. And then I'd eliminate Hitler, before doing a bunch of other stuff.

    • From my experience (but I've read it elsewhere too) the shape could get somewhat rounder if you size up one cup from your usual Panache size. I didn't get along with the side slings but shapewise the one cup up worked out for me.
Certainly it would be easier to fit in the nipple covers in a higher size. But before you go for this option I would consider if more cup width would be OK for you fitwise.

    • I added photos of me wearing nipple covers in the bra in a thick sweater. Wearing them helped but I still feel like I'm perpetually showing off headlights, even though I'm not.
I am going to look into a higher size for the full cup option, but the cup width is perfect in this size, so I'm not 100% sold on the idea. (Unless there are free returns) I've also decided to grab a Plunge version because I was told that cut is slightly more round and if it's discontinued I gotta try it while I can find my size!
I usually like the more natural look for breasts, but this doesn't look natural to me, it looks forced. I'll keep an eye on this size on amazon too in case the price goes down considerably, then I might snatch it up and wear it on lazy days.

I wish this bra had fit me perfectly because it is sooooo supportive. The inner side sling does a fantastic job both bringing the breasts forward (though my breasts already are more forward-oriented) and providing support all through the day. The two main shortcomings for me are the high gore that have caused my close-set breasts to separate a bit and the triangular profile that makes it look a bit too much like a bullet-bra especially under clothing. The stretch lace also gets a bit scratchy throughout the day. However, ultimately, because this is one of the most supportive bras I've ever come across, I have purchased several of them in multiple colors.

I have very cone-like projection to begin with, and this bra just seems to emphasize that. There isn't enough projection in the bottom of the cup for me. The lace on top cuts into and flattens my tissue. So sad. This bra is gorgeous, especially in the bluebell shade.

Band was so tight and straps were so short that upon trying it on for the first time I pulled a muscle in my back. I got somewhat used to it (without any damage) and moved the straps to be the longest. It's very beautiful but I'll be looking for a slightly bigger one -- maybe a 30F.

This was a strong recommendation from the bra recommendation engine.

I am even fullness and average on the shallow/projected scale with wideish roots. The wires don't go out far enough for me, but it's not too much of an issue. Other than that this bra fits well and is very pretty. The lace does a decent job at containing nipples.

A few months ago I tried this bra from Amazon. It fit perfectly except that it was too pointy for me, so I returned it. Once I returned it, I regretted returning it and have been on the look-out for another one that wasn't orange, red, or pink.

This one came in the mail today and I couldn't be happier!
It feels like a breast hug, not a bra. It fits me perfectly and it's totally not as pointy as I thought it was. It's actually not even very pointy at all. The only tiny complaint I have is that the fabric is a tad itchy. Nothing bad, just noticeable. I'll probably soak it in conditioner a couple times and see if that fixes it. It's not even something I'll care about if it doesn't change because it's seriously the most perfect bra for my boobs.

The Panache Andorra would make my boobs smile, you know, if they could.

I wouldn't use conditioner -- it damages fabric fibres and degrades elastics. Often the culprit isn't the fabric itself, but rather the "sizing" that is present in almost all new cloth. To get rid of that, better just wash the bra with a liquid laundry cleaner (especially at lower temperatures powder can leaves residue which, again, isn't great for delicate fabrics and elastics, nor does it help much with sensitivities).

    • OH! Thank you! I thought conditioner would be the easier-on-fabric version of fabric softener. I will just have to make sure to wash this bra a little bit more regularly.
      Thanks for the heads up!

    • It might be easier on fabric and a little evry now and then probably won't do any harm, but in the long run it will still cause built-up of substances that are not necessarily good for elastics. Either way, I would still try to get rid of the sizing first and see how it feels then :)

    • Thanks for the advice! It's really not super scratchy, so I won't be using anything except soap on it.

This is the second bra I have in this model. I feel more secure in this bra than any other model. It does minimize the boobs a bit and makes them a bit pointy, but it lifts well and holds them in. Very tight, secure band that keeps it's firmness. Firmer, heavier tissue may fill out the bra more and make it less pointy, as the material is pretty stretchy.
