This is a great alternative to Freya's Deco: http://bra.pe/RNp/.

I was hoping to find a better "nude" skin tone padded plunge as my Deco is too pale. Jeanie is more of a muted tone and Deco slightly more pinky but neither are close enough to disappear under thin tops. Rhiannon (http://www.bratabase.com/browse/fantasie/rhiannon-2222/) is still my perfect-nude albeit a moulded style. I am still searching for a padded plunge...

Jeanie's 30-band is a bit more firm than my Deco but still a somewhat loose. Deco fits and holds my shape where I am falling out of Jeanie in the same size. Although this is a very, very basic ... bra I am pleased with the padded plunge offering and minor decorative details such as the small center bow with silver heart. I sincerely wish this bra were available G+ as I've a hunch I would fit just a cup size up.

Take note: the straps are fully adjustable but are VERY stretchy!!! Typically I tighten approximately 20%-35% of the entire strap but I had to do well over 50% of these and found the strap sliders at the tops of my shoulders!

    Measured unstretched immediately before wearing.
Purchased in Nude, Early-June '12 from Barenecessities.

I may have gotten some bad intel on this bra. I was stuck between this one and the Parfait By Affinitas Casey (2801) ; coincidentally they both went on sale for about half the original price, so I decided to try both. I read a ton of reviews on a bunch of sites that said the band ran tight and the cups were small, so I decided to get a 30G (I was resized at a 28G and recently I've been branching out into 30FFs and having some success there as well). The band fit fine, but the cups felt a little too large, and the ... straps were spaced much too far apart for me--even after adjusting them to the right length and getting everything settled, it just felt really uncomfortable, and the straps just felt...wrong. Like, 'my shoulders hate me right now and I don't know if I should be shrugging or slouching to make this feel better,' wrong. On top of that, the outer edge of the cups cut in under my arms (at first I thought it was the underwire but it's the cup itself), and the inner edge of the cups come up too high to be worn under my deep v-neck tees, which is what I bought the bra for in the first place. It didn't give me much of a cleavage boost, but it also didn't push me out to the sides or flatten me, which was nice. If not for the fact that the plunge isn't quite plunge enough, I'd try it in the 30FF.

Appearance-wise, this is good, plain bra. It's got a little charm on the gore, but that's about all the decoration you get. It's nice and simple, smooth against the skin and under shirts, and it looks to be of very good quality. Unfortunately it just won't work for my purposes.

    • i'm one of those who would have said cups and band run smaller. I base it off of cleos because the unlined cleos have been the most standard for me. pretty much anyone i pick i can use a 30F or 32E. In the Jeanie and Casey I need a 32F. Probably a 32E and a half would be a better fit yet but they dont make it unfortunately!

    • That's a really good point! I based the fit off of my molded Cleos because I seem to have no luck with unlined bras; a 28G is usually too wrinkly towards the top, a 28FF quads terribly and not everything fits in the cups, and a 30FF tends to feel unsupportive. Thinking about it now, I can definitely see how the cups might feel small if you typically wear unlined bras.

This bra's band wasn't as giving as other 30 bands I ordered. However, the rest of the bra fit well, so I purchased an extender. Setting it on the tightest hook of the extender made it perfect, and now that I've owned it for a while, it's stretched enough to wear without it. If I bend over, there is some spillage out the middle, but I'm guessing that's more of an effect of plunge style bra + close set/pliable boobs. Upright, my cleavage looks amazing. Ha.

Band feels true to size, but cups seem small. Or they just may seem small due to the cleavage I get! I'm returning this bra.

I have the Casey bra and I love it so much I wanted to order a similar bra online. Unfortunately for me, I mixed up the US and UK sizes and I bought a UK 30G when I meant to buy a US 30G (so UK 30F). The band fits fine and my breasts look good in it, but the underwire comes up and pokes me in the armpit in a most unpleasant way. I will probably re-order in a 30FF since my 30F Casey causes minor quadraboob.

The band on this bra is definitely way more snug than I'm use to, but this is also my first attempt at a 30 band. So, far I like not feeling my band creep up my back, so I don't mind. This band may be more snug than other bands of the same size, but I have no other bands of the same size to compare it to.

I could possibly use a larger cup size, as the top of the cups do appear to cut into my breast tissue a little bit, but not bad enough to create quadra-boob.

The shape on this ... bra is a little different than the Freya Deco. I don't get the same really rounded shape that I do with the Deco. (Not pointy, just less round.)

I'm not really found of the color selection for this bra. I wish it came in more fun colors.

I'll update this review after the bra gets some more wear.

Update 7/25: While actually wearing the bra I discovered the band is too tight for my comfort. So, I bought a bra extender and am currently wear it one to two hooks bigger than the the loosest hook of the actual bra. Another problem I'm having with it that strap are really stretchy so I keep tightening them too much for comfort and having to loosen then back up.

Super comfortable cleavage and low shirt bra. It's amazing the support the bra gives when there is so little of it. The only issue is it's slightly padded to prevent nipple pop and that makes the top edge thick enough that it slightly shows through T-shirts and thin knits. It's comfortable enough to be worth that though.

This bra is quickly becoming my go-to bra. It goes well under even my clingy shirts. It gives a respectable amount of cleavage while providing good coverage. Even though i could use a larger cup size and perhaps a smaller band, I still feel supported and secure. The thick vertical seam underneath the armpit provides some extra stability/support in the band but I find it can be a little uncomfortable.

This is a nice smooth cup bra, nothing added but a small heart detail in the center. It makes me think of the Deco, which unfortunately I do not own (I'm sized out). This is a 30 that runs more like a 28, definitely normal in Parfait By Affinitas bras. The band is slightly too large for me, cups too small. This would be great for a T-shirt bra, so even though it is too small it may find a place in my collection. Again, I wish they would take their bras up past the G range.
