The Cleo Jude is a moulded cup, plunge bra, similar to the Deco in that. However, the similarities to the Deco end there. While the Deco has a rounded, uplifting shape (causing my bust to look artificial), the Jude allows a more natural shape. When first seeing this, I thought I would love the bra, as I strongly prefer a natural shape.

Unfortunately, the fit of this bra just isn't up to snuff. After one wearing, I'm already tightening the band and still not finding the kind of support I'd like. I'm left with a feel that the support comes more from compression than from uplifting. Perhaps this is ... due to the cups being a touch too small, but it's not available beyond a G. I'd expect a larger chest/ribcage to find a better fit, and if between sizes or near the tighter edge of your size, get a smaller band.

The straps irritate the front/side of my arms, when they reach to go over my shoulders. This is typical for Panache (and Panache designed) bras. Additionally, when I reach, the underwires poke my underarms painfully. This is not typical of Panache bras for me.

I love the natural shape of this bra, and I appreciate how the lines are smooth under clothing (even the slight lace trim at the top of the cups hide easily under clothes). I'd like a less stretchy/tighter band, and of course I'd like a Freya shape rather than Panache shape.

I think I might be one of those rare people for whom Jude actually works! I recently found out that I am not a 32DDD, but a 28G, so I've been trying on lots of different bras to find ones that fit comfortably. After a good many failures, I stumbled upon Jude and its replacement, Cleo Neve Plunge T-shirt Bra (7196) . After reading countless reviews, I decided to go with Neve since everyone seemed to like it so much better.

Let's just say there have only been a few times in my life that I've felt regret similar to the regret I felt wearing Neve ... for an entire day.

Jude, on the other hand, is pretty great, and works for me in all the areas where Neve failed. Jude's band is tight but comfortable on the loosest hook, and while I am conscious more often than not of the underwire against my ribcage (more on the left than on the right for some reason, but this is common with all bras for me), it doesn't hurt; with Neve (same size), the band was painfully tight, and even with an extender I still ended up with sore ribs. Jude's underwire comes up a comfortable distance beneath my armpits; Neve's wires came up too high and constantly stabbed me just under the armpits, so I'd keep (futilely) having to adjust it all day (these issues together were bad enough that my friend thought I was either going to burst into tears in the office bathroom or just light the bra on fire right there). The straps and cups on both bras feel about the same width (I got rid of Neve before I purchased Jude so I don't have exact measurements to compare), but I feel like the cups themselves might be a slightly different shape. With Neve I ended up with the same problem I had with the equally disappointing Freya Deco Moulded Plunge Bra (4234). The cups were filled at the bottom and I had a bit of quadding on the inside edges of the cup, but there was a gap where the top of the cups met the straps unless I was standing with absolutely perfect posture (which, sorry, Mom, I am usually not). The gaping issue didn't go away even after scooping, so maybe the cups were too tall for me or I'm just not full enough on top to fit them properly. In any case, I don't have those issues at all with Jude, which fits nicely with no gaps or quadding or empty spaces. In short, I'm super happy I went against the crowd and gave Jude a shot. It doesn't give me as much cleavage as I thought it might (which is fine), and I know the hot pink trim and straps will show through thin shirts (also fine, since I have a solid black bra for just this purpose), but it's pretty comfortable and gives me a nice silhouette that's not melon-round but also isn't pointy/conical, a problem I had with some of the other bras I've tried recently. Overall it's a great t-shirt bra for me, and I'm assuming once it stretches out a little and I get more adjusted to wearing tighter bands in general, it'll feel even better. I'd definitely recommend that anyone having similar issues with Neve try Jude instead before giving up completely.

    • Wow, congrats. I think you are one of 2 people I have ever seen here who posted about the Jude being a good fit!

    • The only bra that I could find that was a perfect fit for my younger daughter was the Cleo Jude in 28D (she's actually a 26DD). If she goes up a cup size six months from now, we're in trouble. For what it's worth, she had the same problem you did with the Neve gapping at the outer edges.

I'm very close to a uk g cup on my big boobs days, and the bras i'd usually wear were in the laundry today, so I decided to give this yet another chance. IT REALLY DOESN'T WORK FOR ME. I'm very skinny over my ribcage and the wires cut in ALOT, to the point where I don't ever want to wear a bra again. The cups are too high and too shallow, which means that my FOB boobs can't quite fill the bottoms of the cups (wrinkles and even folds ca a centimeter up) AND gives me a quad-boob effect.
Had it not been so very uncomfy, I could have live with the wrinkles and quad-boobs, it could have made a nice every day bra, but this is honestly a bra I'd burn to get rid of.

I own the Cleo Jude in 28F and 28FF so I knew the 28G would fit me. I'm still trying to find the perfect size for me.

I bought this bra from another member but unfortunately, and as I anticipated it was too big. I loved the colour (red hot?) though, it was kind of pinkish and pretty! The straps and detail were a very pale blue! The material was lovely and soft, MUCH nicer than I thought it was going to be! The wires didn't sit great on my body, they sort of turned out and were too wide, but this is most likely just because the cups were 1 or 2 sizes too big! The gore rubbed slightly but I have this in every bra! The band was nice, not too tight and ... not too loose, I think I prefer a more sturdy thick band but it was decent nonetheless and was true to size I'd say! I sold this bra on, and I bought it in purple in a different size, but was then told it was out of stock! I think New Look also stocks this bra now, but not in 28 bands! Though, I am going to get my size in this bra eventually as it makes a good comfortable, every day bra!

This has potential of showing great amount of cleavage and suits well on many, but on me it has too separated cups, which gives quads and leads straps, that are too far apart, to feel uncomfortable against armpits.
Cups are nice, soft and wide, but central gore seems to be quite low. Nice candy colors.

This cut is totally wrong for my shape. It is reasonably attractive for a T shirt bra, and the price is very reasonable but it cut in and was too big in the cups at the same time. I don't know if another size would have helped, I found a much better fit with the Cleo Juna so don't plan to try this again. Cups seemed very wide-set. The band is a typical Cleo 28 and was snug on the loosest hook on my 28" ribcage. I returned this one.

This has a nice tight band and fits in the cups when I first put it on, however, throughout a day of wearing it the lower part of the cups wrinkle as if my breasts can't fill the cup, however there is a little bit of spillage. It's a strange problem, wish this bra fit, but I prefer the Freya deco plunge in 28FF.

I'm selling it, it has only been worn twice, original price was $48 from Bare Necessities.
