I got this bra for my mom (actually might fit gma better -.-?) as a giveaway from a lovely Bratabase user. If you are reading this, thank you very much
I have wrote the review though, to my measurements.
This bra, like most other VS bras, is very stretchy! It rides up on my back past my shoulder blades (but this is typical. I'm no where near even a standard 32). It will probably be a bit loose on someone who is really a 32
It is very comfy, with springy wires that wont press into the ribcage, and the bra feels quite ...cottonny. It wont really give any support I think. The straps and the band are super thin, despite being a "D" cup. The cups are placed at a standard distance, with a small plunging gore. It's just a bit too wide for me since my breasts are very close set.
Strangely enough, I find that the strap placement isn't insanely wide- it is actually closer together than some of my 24/26 band bras. This leads me to believe that this bra is actually made for petite, younger frames in smaller band sizes. They just can't figure out to shorten their bands yet. Read more 107 more words
This bra's pretty comfy, just way too big for me. It's labeled as "lined" but I'd really consider it padding, just on the light side. It's thicker than some lined bras I own, but no push up padding or anything. The lace as the top of the cups is a nice touch too. The only downside to cotton is that it starts pilling pretty fast, especially on the inside of the cups.
Bought this one back before I knew my actual bra size. Now that I know what the right size band is supposed to feel like and do the whole swoop and scoop thing, I can't stand wearing it, even if it's cute.
It's your standard VS bra. Since I'm actually a 28FF, the band's too loose, cups are too small, and the wires are actually too wide in this 32D. I don't feel like if they made my size this bra would fit... It's pretty comfy though. I've been using it as my laundry day bra, but I think I prefer my other bras even if it means I can't wash them on laundry day now.
It's interesting to note that when first purchased, this bra felt pretty tight (then again, I didn't know to swoop and scoop either)
