So, recently I've been going a little nuts on this whole Victoria's Secret kick! I bought 2 of the "new and improved" Very Sexy bras, the new Very Sexy Flirt (epic fail, way too small, but would've been fantastic in the right size if it it were available), the Perfect Coverage, Perfect Shape and this "new and improved" Body Demi. And I will say, they are ALL definitely new, and most certainly improved
I had tried the Body Lined Demi a little while back (in the pinstriped Pink and White with rhinestones on the sides of the cup, so adorable) but it was definitely ...a no-go! Ended up selling it. The cups were too shallow and the gore kept digging in, plus I had a bit of quad boob. The band also seemed way too loose for me and I tried to wear it a couple times but had to take it off after only a couple hours. It just wasn't working. So, needless to say, I was a little hesitant to try it again. But, after reading in their description that it, too, was also "new and improved," I decided to give it another shot...I'm so glad I did!!!! I was amazed, and still am! Not too bad. Not perfect, but not far from it. And I fell in love with this colorway - the Neon Nectar with leopard trim!! I'm not sure what exactly has been changed, but they got it right! No quad boob, a bit more projection, no uncomfortable gore, and the band feels nice and snug (granted, the last Body Demi I tried was used so it may have just been stretched out). But I'm loving this bra! It is SO SUPER SOFT AMD COMFY!! I only had it on for a few minutes just to try out, but will update again after a long day's wear
So far, VS has been my new best friend with all of their "newer and improved" models!! Though, I still do think the cups are too wide on the Very Sexy, but the cleavage and lift are way better than before. I am eyeing up the Dream Angels next It's the only one I haven't tried yet...but I'm sure I won't disappointed! I am certainly loving the entire Body Collection. Read more 289 more words
This bra is very beautiful, which was why I bought it on impulse even though it didn't quite fit me properly. The band was comfortable when I would first put it on, but because the cups were a bit too narrow for my wide rooted breasts, it would feel a little tight after a few hours. I've heard a lot about Victoria's Secret bras having really stretchy bands, but I don't think this band was overly stretchy. Overall, a great bra, well constructed, but just not my correct size!
I just got this bra about a week ago so I'll have to edit this after awhile. So far so good, though. This bra is really super soft and comfortable. It fits about right in basically every way, so hey that's good.
The first bra I owned that remotely fit, even though it was still too small. I loved how the top looked and fit. When I bought it new the gore poked my sternum slightly but as the bra relaxed (then stretched with normal wear) it stopped. Now it's about 1/2 inch from my sternum. Not a lot of lift; I wasn't looking for any. No lace either, thank heavens. A very small picot edging along the top of the cups and the straps, which was tasteful and not overbearing. Overall it was comfortable except that it was too small on the bottom. I always felt a little breast tissue was escaping out the bottom, especially on the right side. It wasn't painful, just irked me. The band fit perfect, just the cups were too small on the bottom. Usually they're too large on top so I put up with a bit of discomfort on the bottom. Overall, quite happy with it.
