I feel controlled in this bra, yet it's still comfortable. It passed the jump test and I feel compressed somewhat, but not so much as to feel squished. The straps are padded and there is a normal bra hook and eye closure in the back.

It looks like a normal sports bra from the front, and a normal bra from the back (No large racerback).
