It fits quite different from the 28E - Tutti Rouge » Betty Bra (TU103) , but it's still a pretty good fit. Good for shallow breasts with a wide root and/or a tall root. The tulle section is loose, but can be tucked into the cups.

Such a cute bra! I love all the little details that go into it, such as the "Tutti Rouge" etching on the clasp of the bra, and the heart shaped adjusters for the straps. Unfortunately the gore is just too wide and tall for me, it sits on my breast tissue and is slightly painful unless I push the wires all the way towards the other side of the channel. The gore needs to be narrowed, and while this is a simple enough alteration for me, I have a too many bras already.
I get a natural lift in this bra, and it fits pretty well for my shallow boobs. The upper mesh actually sits pretty flat on me, instead of wrinkling because my roots are too tall, or wrinkling because they are too empty.
I would recommend this bra if you can find it cheaply to someone with a shallow shape, and has a decent amount of space between the breasts.

Better suited for FOT. The band fits pretty small, had to wear two extenders years back to wear it, sadly I couldn't return it.

Me: tall roots reaching collarbone, very close-set (touching), average to narrow width, shallow, splayed east-west, FOT or even (unsure), centre-full horizontally (for this reason I don't usually wear plunges), high set, short torso, broad shoulders, 26" snug UB and 34" leaning bust.
Another wide, shallow, and open on top Tutti Rouge moulded bra. Wires too wide on my smaller breast. band is TTS, cups have one vertical seam. They are that soft and flexible kind of moulding/lining/padded, gore is lowish and narrowish (no space between wire channels, yay).
The top bit of fabric is actually floating mesh, it tacks but it doesn't really add to the bra's support structure. ... When I ordered this I didn't look closely and didn't realize this. The bra are still supportive even though the cups are not as tall as I thought/wish, it's just more like a plunge than the balconette I expected.
The straps are pretty and embellished and the cups' satin overlay fabric is so silky. Overall the bra has a nice dark and sexy romantic appeal.
Overall this fits well except for being a tad wide on my small side. The only objective thing I don't like is how the very top edge of the cups' moulding is lifted/bends upwards and this is visible under tops. It's not a huge deal and I'll continue to wear this, just not under certain tight tops. You can see what I mean in my angle shot photo.

I ordered this from Brastop, but since I was so used to ordering from Ewa Michalak, I forgot that in most places, a DD is the same as an E! It's a full cup too big for me, so I can't give the cups too much of a review. Stretched to its max, the band is a good 28.5 inches, so it fits true to size. Compared to my Ewa Elegance, though, it's a little more stretchier. Nice and comfortable.

I have a love/hate relationship with this bra. Pros: beautiful, fits well, soft and comfortable materials, gives a fantastic shape. Cons: Over the course of the day, the bra slips down my chest towards my waist, requiring readjustment, and the fancy-looking heart-shaped strap adjuster does not stay in place and needs to be re-tightened occasionally. There's also two design choices I really don't like: the large bow at the very top of the center gore just causes itching and red spots between my boobs, and the extra-embellished straps call too much attention to my bra straps, and make me not want to wear this bra under a shirt where the straps might be seen. I'm also not crazy about the ruffles underneath the band, they get folded under the band. Overall, I still really like the bra. It's not so easy to find bras that give such a great shape for my full-on-top boobs, and this one does the trick. I can live with readjusting a couple of times during the day. And it's really comfortable.

I'll write a more thorough review after I've worn it and washed it, but here are my initial feelings about the 28FF - Tutti Rouge » Mae Bra. First of all, it is gorgeous! It's a deep red, kind of wine colour with a black velvet rose at the gore and two little black bows at the straps which are overlayed with a black kind of lace chain pattern. It also has black lace attached to the band at the front of the bra, but not the back. It has one vertical seam, and is padded except for the mesh upper section, also separated by lace. ... I got the matching thong, which is the same colour scheme, also with a velvet rose attached to the centre of the waistband.
Fit: The band is stretchy on this one, but still firm. It's very comfortable. Two hooks and eyes. As for the underwires, they're a little bit wide on me, but I have narrow roots. They're still comfortable though, and comparable to my 28G Cleo Lucy's wires. However, the gore doesn't tack completely. The cups are filled well, and they run slightly large, as I'm hovering between a 28FF and G. It's a slightly shallow construction, but nothing to gripe about.. yet... Also, the cups are rubbing against my armpit (or tail of spence) a little, which could become irritating.
The straps are a little wide-set for my liking, but I always have that problem. However, the real problem lies in the half-adjustable design. I'm short, and I'm already wearing it on the tightest strap setting possible. Also, the straps are very thin, and feel like they could become slightly itchy or irritating after extended wear.
I'm gonna talk about the thong now, because it's a little bit of an issue. I asked for the thong in a small size, and it fits more like a Freya Medium. It runs very large, and I'll probably look into getting it tailored (strange, I know) just to put some darts in it to take in the sides and the length of the gusset. Here are some basic measurements... waistband laying flat: 15.5", waistband stretched: 19.25", waistband to bottom of gusset, laying flat (top to bottom): 8.5"(ish), widest part of gusset: 2.5", narrowest part of gusset: 1.25", gusset length: 5.25", total length (from front waistband through gusset to back waistband): 16.5".
Alright, do with this information what you will. I just thought I'd do my part, since there are barely any reviews or measurements of Tutti Rouge's stuff yet.
