I should've listened when people said TLBC runs small...

The band is a single-layer lace except the area near the cups. I wasn't a huge fan of the lacy band in the picture, but I actally liked it when I received the bra. It runs about a size smaller in the band. Other bras that stretch to ~26" tend to be somewhat uncomfortable (my UB is around 26") at least at the break-in stage, but Yvonne actually felt pretty good band-wise, perhaps because the lacy band isn't as stiff as opposed to, say, Zia from Cleo. Also, I'm sure I could've stretched band a bit more, but since I ... am going to return this bra, I didn't put too much strain. The shoulder straps are removable and only adjustable half-way. I didn't have any problems with strap lengths.

The cups are molded and padded at the bottom. According to TLBC, it's padding level 2. The pads are not removable. The cups run at least a size small, maybe two. I get so much quadboob! I'd say it's shallow friendly, but because the cupsize is so off I'm not 100% sure. The wires are short and don't come up as much. There is a set of short sidebones.

I think this bra will be a better fit for someone who's 26B/C. It runs about a size small in band and 1-2 sizes small in cups. Other than the cups being too small, I didn't have much issues. The band was snug yet comfy, straps were fine, and wires didn't dig in. Too bad this doesn't come in larger cups (or run true to size..)

According to TLBC sizing, I should be in 30A or 32A. Seeing how this 28C's band feels good and cups are tiny I highly doubt 30A or 32A will fit. I would not trust their sizing method.

This bra is gorgeous and extremely soft. I think it fits me pretty well other than the fact that I feel a bit squished/flattened in it. I think a 28D would fit perfectly because the cups are Very shallow. Another thing to consider is the lace: it's very stretchy!

This bra mostly fit me in 30C. Ultimately, I returned it as the cups cut into my tail of Spence and the 28D fit better.

The band was maybe a little too tight on me, but the cups did fit my breasts well. My only complaint is how it cut into my tail of Spence, so I returned the bra.

The promise of a petite bra sounded so good! I would never normally try a 34C but they said their fits were "different" so I took their site calculator and they said to try this. It feels sadly no different than a regular 34C. I couldn't tell any difference at all.

    • really? I felt like the little bra companies bras overall were much more *petite* that typical bras in that the cups were much more narrow and shorter than a typical bra. But they also warn on the website that the Yvonne is sized very similarly to normal non-petite bras. So, per all the comments on the site this is very normal for this bra from TLBC.

    • Ah, well I guess my issue with regular bras is not so much the cup side but things like strap width apart (I'm 5'1" with VERY narrow shoulders) so maybe this isn't the right model for me. I'll contact them and ask them what they think.

Cups might be slightly small, but otherwise a good fit compared to my old bras. Band is pretty stretchy.

    Didn't fit

To start, I'm in the process of resizing and refitting a correct size. I used to be a 32A and am debating between 28D/30C and 28C/30B. The following bra is a 28C which I have concluded is definitely a cup too small. If this bra came in a 28D it would work perfectly.

The cups on this bra are very shallow given the built-in padding in this bra. The cups had less covering for being a "C" cup than I originally envisioned given that the website lists this bra as a "t-shirt" bra. It seems closer to a demi/plung t-shirt bra.

The colors are beautiful, the cups are a ... very light nude color while the dark "mocha" lace has a mauve hint to it. This bra is definitely perfect for wearing smooth & thin t-shirts or tank tops, and I like the convertable strap option (can take straps off completely for halter & X backs)

One thing I noticed was that the bottom of the cup dented a bit at the bottom, probably due to the fact that I had too much boob to fill the cup, and thus the cup got a little smooshed and created an indentation (you might be able to see this in the "front" view photo I posted). I think if I have a better cup size this wouldn't be an issue.

The band fits very comfortably, not as stretchy as the "Nicole" band, but seems to be pretty true to a 28 (they mentioned on the site that this band is stretchier and thus, don't order up a size because other TLBC bands tend to run small). I am going to order a 30C and give the larger band/cup a shot since I don't think the band would be so stretchy that I end up on tightest hook to start.

I like how the lace lies flat against the body to create a smooth surface for the band and straps. It looks really pretty that way. The bottoms of the cups have moderate padding which helps lift the boobs. The padding in combination with the cup shape helps push the boobs up and inward, which is helpful for someone like me with fairly wide-set breasts. The cups aren't quite big enough for me, though, and C is the biggest cup available in bras from this company. The wire shape is good for my shallow breasts, but it just doesn't extend far enough at ... the sides. There is a visible line from the top of the cups when I wear this bra under clingy tops, probably another sign that the cup size isn't right for me. Not long after I started wearing this bra, the side boning shifted in its casing so that it kind of sticks out at the bottom, which ruined the smoothness of the bra wings. The quality of the materials in this bra is lower than for similarly-priced bras I have bought from Wacoal. I won't be buying another bra from this company because of the lower quality and the fact that they don't have the best size for me.
