Although btb says this fits me, I think it's too large in the cups. I fill them out but when I jump up and down wearing it I bounce. I've read that Shock Absorbers work mainly by compression so I obviously need more than this is giving me. I'll probably try a 36FF. I think 36F will be too small.
This bra has 2 sets of hooks which contributes to the very supportive feel of it. I can't fasten or unfasten the top set while wearing the bra but if I fasten just the top set set and put it on over my head I can ... then adjust and fasten the bottom hooks.
The cups have an inner support sling that goes all around the cup leaving mainly just the nipple area exposed, at least in this size. I think the sling is narrower in smaller cups. My tissue is soft so probably the smaller size will look more lumpy than this does. The sling provides some encapsulation and lift so it seems like a pretty good sports bra in the correct size. If I see one in 36FF at a good price I'm going to snap it up like I did this one.
