Fits well. Shape is a bit odd. Almost as if it has immediate projection but then very rounded causing an odd boxy sort of shape but this bra is just so darn pretty and it fits, so it's a keeper!

Well to start off, I love the light pink colour of this bra. It's not what I'd class as sexy, but it's very pretty and girlie and flowery and I like a little bit of that in my life.

There's nothing special about the material - just regular ol' mesh - but it's pretty nice. Not exceptionally smooth but definitely comfy for prolonged wear.

I'm also loving the cup width. I've still not found my perfect bra, but I was really hoping it would be a beautiful Polish one and I've had my hopes dashed I think cause I think I've come to the undeniable conclusion that I ... have a pretty wide root and narrow cupped Polish bras don't play nicely with that.

But here's my main gripe with this lady: this bra is like The Anti-Cleveage. I know that properly fitting bras don't give you Victoria's Secret cleavage, but this one actively smooshes it down and makes cleavage impossible.

And actually that itself isn't exactly my problem with it. It's how centre shallow it is. The top of the cup is super closed off and there is next to no centre projection which means that even though the cup is pretty close to right (I think) I get some pretty dramatic quad boob which is even more intense on my bigger breast. Actually this bra is what made me realise I even HAVE a bigger breast. I thought I was pretty even. Surprise!

My only other issue is that the straps are far enough apart that there are moments that feel like it's sawing my arms off, but I've loosened the straps a bit farther than I would normally and am using it as a sleeping bra and so far that's working out pretty well. Weird breast shape doesn't matter so much, especially for my last couple weeks in nice winter jammies https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" />

Overall, it's a pretty lovely bra... I just can't imagine a boob whose shape would be compatible with it.

I've previously tried this bra in a 32J but it was definitely too big. the 32HH fits fine in the cup and the band, I normally wear a 30J in cleo and I used to wear a 30 in Curvy Kate but I seem to be more of a 32J in the new models. The 32 band in the amour fits well and comfortably. I am not particularly fond of the way this bra shapes my boobs as it makes them look kind of pointy and not very round. my boobs are not very close which normally means that every bra tackles my chest which this one weirdly does not do. I will not keep this bra, although the blue colour is beautiful! the quality does seem to be as good as cleo or curvy kate bras as far as I can judge. In my opinion it resembles the shape I get from freya bras.

I really like that this is a moulded cup plunge underwired bikini top with a tie back closure. I thought this meant I could ignore the band size and aim for a good sister size in cup volume. On paper, it sounds perfect. In reality though, the bikini top did not work out.

I'm not sure if the cup shape on a 30FF or 28G would have been any different, but these cups are too wide for my frame. They appear to force my boobs east-west and flatten. Regarding cup volume, I would tend to go with usual volume or size up if you'd like a bit more coverage. I sized down and am suffering from major quadboob as a result.

It's worth mentioning that the tie strap is not very sturdy and can't do much to secure the moulded cups properly to my body. As a result, the bikini top contributes little to support.

Band is nice and snug for a 32F - would recommend to someone looking at 30FFs or so. The design is very cute - it used to have a bow in the center, but my cat gnawed on a it a bit so I had to cut it off, whoops. Shows me for leaving my clothing on my floor in reach of a bored kitty :/ Anyway, it has a nice rounded shape that's flattering under clothing and also has a comfortable mesh fabric.

  8. Ceremony Strapless Bra (6500)

First off, I have very shallow boobs with a very wide base. My breasts are slightly conical/tubular in shape. For these reasons, finding a strapless bra has been a nightmare, and unfortunately, I have to add this one to my ever-growing list of strapless bras that don't work for me.

This must be the world's only strapless bra where you should go *down* a band size. Seriously. I have a 29" ribcage (at time of review), and I could pull the bra out a good 3-4" on the tightest hook. I would seriously consider going to a 26 band (if they made it). ... The band is so stretchy, it stretched out to 33" from 24".

The cups are very deep, way too deep for me. I couldn't begin to actually fill out the cups, but it cut in so badly at the top. Or rather, since the cups are very flimsy, my breast tissue and armpit fat just folded the top of the cup down.

It is an incredibly comfortable bra, though. The fabric/materials are smooth and soft. It doesn't itch or rub anywhere. It's also a pretty bra. Like the 30D - Lepel ยป Bouquet Strapless (19617) , it's a very bridal bra. There's fake corset lacing up the gore and up the wings. The lace is pretty but not distracting or overwhelming. There are 3 hooks per column, which is nice, especially for a strapless.

One little feature of this bra that I've never seen before has to do with where the straps attach in the front. There's a small tab that can be tucked inside the cup when going strapless, but is untucked when using the straps. This strap extension really helps preserve the structure of the bra when wearing straps (as I've found that most multi-way bras just don't work that well with straps). The downside is that the tabs don't stay tucked in very well, as you can tell on the right cup of my front-facing shot.

Overall, this is yet another bra that I wish worked for me. It's very comfortable and attractive. It's just completely the wrong shape for me.

  9. Solutions Balconette Strapless (PM-3009)

Straps are great! They don't slip, and they don't feel like they're situated too close together or too far apart. In fact I don't even feel them when I'm wearing this bra.

The underwire cups my breasts comfortably and do not poke under my arms. Gore is a tad high, and there was major poking into the sternum the first time I wore this bra, but 3 wears later, it is improving (not as poky). Centre fabric panel lies flush against my chest.

The balconette style cups are lightly padded. There was some gaping at the top until I swooped and scooped - then it fit ... my larger breast beautifully. Wearing this bra with straps helps keep the cup from gaping on the smaller breast.

Back band very snug, but is very supportive. Band does not ride up. 34 definitely feels too loose now.

[Update after 1month, March 2013: Band has stretched; can feel how it is looser than the band on a 28DD, which turns out to be my proper size (was recently fitted at Bravissimo). Gore no longer pokes. All in all, not a bad fit at all - funny how I've been mostly on the right track in terms of sister sizing: 34A - 34B - 32C - 30D - 28DD.]

It's too small for me. The underwires seem wide enough, but the cups are too shallow. It also doesn't feel very durable for some reason. When I poke the underwire I think I can feel it moving a bit in relation to the fabric. The straps feel a bit flimsy too, they're thin fabric and narrow. They remind me of another bra I used to have whose lace straps eventually would curl up and twist on themselves when at rest.

Apart from the band being slightly big, and the cups being more than slightly so, this bra seems pretty great. The cut isn't granny-like, as some full cup bras are; it could safely be worn with a shirt that's cut low in front. It does come up rather high under the arms on me, but I'm particularly short (5'2ish" with a short torso.)

I'm particularly happy with the straps; they're narrow, but they don't need to hold much weight so that's not a problem- it's actually very nice because I could wear the bra with a tank top without them ruining the effect. They can be shortened or ... lengthened a lot, which is helpful because I have little shoulders and tend to need to tighten my straps a ton. They're a little farther apart than I would like, though.

The fabric is soft but sturdy and the embroidery is very pretty. My boobs do look a little lumpy in it, but I think that's just because they're not quite filling the cup. It is comfortable- however, I've only been wearing it for a couple minutes and the band is already starting to feel a little scratchy. This would probably go away with washing, but we'll see!

I'm re-ordering the same bra in a 30H. I would order it in a 28HH, but it doesn't seem to be made in a band smaller than 30.

I ordered this top in both a 32F and 32E. Although both fit, I decided that I felt more secure in the E. I was afraid if I bent down in the F too much would be visible. Even though the E does slightly cut into my breast tissue, the quad-boob effect is camouflaged with the ruffle along the top.

I do feel as though I can tie the back tight enough to get support.

I haven't worn this bikini in the water yet (as I had to exchange the bottoms for a different size), but I have worn it around the house. This top seems to give less of the pain-in-the-neck normally associated with halter bikini tops. I think this is because of the placement of the neck straps more off to the sides, so I'm less tempted to pull it tight to get some additional lift.

Very pretty bra, but Pour Moi seems to have inconsistent sizing. I bought a different bra from them that I really liked in 32E that had tighter band and bigger cups. The only thing wrong with this bra is that my breasts puffed up over the top slightly, and the band was a bit too loose (I think I'm more of a 30 than a 32). You wouldn't be able to wear this bra under thin shirts because of the heavy lace. Also, I would not considered this bra padded at all; it's just lightly lined.

Overall a very pretty, supportive bra. Lace is lace, so of course it shows under thinner tops, but whachagonnado? Has a little rhinestone in the middle of the center bow, which is just adorable. I wash all of my bras in the washing machine and air dry them, and this one has held up beautifully, rhinestone included, <3

Pour Moi has a rather firm band. I should better wear a 32.

The wires are a bit too narrow for me. They touch the breast tissue under my arms and this causes a cyst to hurt ...

However, the uplift and support of the bra is excellent. It is extremely comfortable and makes a beautiful round breast shape

This bra disappointed me- It fit properly, but provided next to no support or shape to my chest. It seems like this bra is best suited for self supporting, perky boobs. The cups also seem like they're too tall for me for a half cup bra. The straps and color are at least fun.

The band was a little longer and looser than my other 32E bras that are closer to 30" in the band, so I'd say it fits true to size. Good coverage and construction for something that I intend to wear mostly as a matched set and not as a daily use bra. Not my best fit, but it's miles better than any other non bra-sized lingerie I own.

Bought this for days when I can't tolerate wearing a more snug fitting bra but still want to wear something cute. Accordingly, I sized up in the band (the only reason why this is a "didn't fit"). Other than having to cut the tags out, I would say this fits the bill. Definitely recommend to bra wearers with sensory issues involving clothes.

Comfortable, as hoped. Wires are wide enough, gore is short and doesn't poke on (because the wires are wide enough). The shape is a little droopy for me, though maybe I can comfortably tighten the straps. I don't get gaping or wrinkling on top though there is some extra fabric.

I was pleased to find this didn't show under my low cut tops. I thought the upper part of the cup would show and it did ok, even in my peasant tops.

I think this is a comfort keep.

This is for the 'Accent' version which far as I can tell is the exact same bra as regular Amour, but with a color variation (peach beige under black powernet & lace). This one is between sizes as each half is a different size. So maybe a 32F-32FF hybrid.

    Quality.
Immaculate stitching, the softest smooth duoplex lining ever, materials ... are all sleek yet durable/long lasting, this feels like a great workhorse bra. The outer layer or shell, is made from materials which all have a good amount of supportive stretch to them. The lining has the opposite of stretch, it's very stable and I can't get any mechanical ease from diagonal stress on the fabric. All the elastics the band is lined with, and the strap are pretty sturdy. I don't see them wearing out for a long time! The wires are springy, prone to stretching back too far if the band is too tight. They also squeak at the gore. Gore would be better overlapped as the dense materials feel bulky here despite being thin and tightly sewn. It's not the tallest center, and miraculously not stabby or twiddly.

The left cup and strap are half inch larger than those on the right. This isn't ideal as my left breast is higher set and my right prefers more space, Amour is pulled askew and intermittent fidgeting occurs.

    Shape.
Somewhere between Panache & Freya. Constricting around the root, but somehow way too wide. Wings real short, wire very low. My tall dense roots get no support on sides, just a bulky feeling that they are in the way of the cup. The inner panel of the cup is a little more than an inch narrower, than the outside, allowing breasts to maintain a forward facing direction rather than being pulled apart from each other, east-west.
Hrm. The wires are stupidly large. In this size technically should match the #44 underwires that fit me. There is enough coverage from the short wires and wider shape, yet the cup itself lacks depth and kind of elongates to a conical, tall center than must either be pinched down, or it flips up flat.
Stupid scaling aside, is this because of too-big wires, or the kind of flat patterning in the lines of most of the cup? Regardless, the depth is soon all used up on my wide/full, immediately deep, curved across apex shape. This makes the middle of the cup flatten out very hard over the center of my breasts, then pushes volume out into the sides.

There is not lovely lifted round busom effect, but something like a busted can of biscuits. Large nasty fat roll on outside, sad flappy skin wrinkles at the gore, inner breast actually bulges right over the top of the wires & becomes uniboob. I take it off, my breasts return to their normally round, high set, perky look. What the devil?

I can see those who have a wider base, and longer projection at apex having issues with getting enough room for inner fullness. The curviest part of this bra is by the gore. It seems like Amour is designed to shove any/all sideboob toward the gore, but this doesn't work when you have more density or fullness, it fights with the style and both causes the top to dig in, and the lower cup to be driven down the ribcage. The sides of Amour are especially stoic about tolerating a breast, they seem happier to see them steamrolled out of existence.

    Verdict.
The beauty of getting a half-and-half bra is being able to see how 2 sizes fit, for the price of one. I know that sizing up, or down would not make this style work out.
But maybe Amour is ok for any of the following: Soft, deflated, shallow, somewhat full on bottom, short root, extra wide, (even more than me? WHO out here is rocking a breast base wider than mine?) It does breathe so it's nice for warm weather, but Amour isn't wicking and can feel muggy. I prefer it in the cold, where it does a decent job of masking persistent nips.
