30F/FF narrow and tall roots, projected, full on top
First of all, I found the band to be too tight for my 29 in ribcage. I needed an extender to assess fit because otherwise the cups became distorted. Fit wise, I have my usual problem of slightly too wide wires but aside from that I fill them out completely. There is a decent amount of lower project, which I don't need, so while I love the look of this bra it would probably be better suited for someone who is full on bottom or even. The top of the cup doesn't cut in a lot but the embroidery detail does cause it to be little closed on top.
Absolutely gorgeous lace, very sexy lowcut balconette style. But for me anyway, the straps were too wide set and pinched in the armpit area. I'm not sure if it was because of that or not, but the inner support sling pulled in a funny way, almost like it was too small for the rest of the cup.
This bra is a beautiful purple, not too dark or too light. It is sexy, but you may have to give it some time like I did. (This could just be that I am new to well fitted bras, unpadded/unmolded bras, half cups, and three hooks).
At first, top of the cup did cut a little into my boobs. I got it on sale so I couldn't return it. After wearing it a little more, the cups have loosened a bit, so a G might have been too big after extended wear. I am not used to three hooks, but over time got accustomed. One thing I do not ...care, maybe because I'm used to molded bras, is it does make my boobs look more pointed. My boobs have a slight point without a bra and this bra takes it up a few notches to create "rocket" boobs. So I don't wear this bra with anything thin or light enough. It is nice and light, which is why I got it (along with I got it on sale). But this isn't my everyday bra.
Also, maybe I was bloated when I first got it, the band seemed way tighter than Freya's 30FF (new). But as I said, worth breaking it in a little bit. Seems well made and it is nice to have a sexy bra for once in my life!
Pros: Beautiful, fits well after breaking it in, similar enough to Freya's 30FF (after a few wears)
Cons: You have to break it in, causes rocket boob Read more 147 more words
I would never have thought this bra would fit since I usually wear a 40C, but it almost does. Some wrinkling at the top, but otherwise a nice fit. I can only assume that cup depth for this brand is unusually shallow, at least in this model. I will be on the lookout for other unlined wire bras by Parfait in D or DD cup.
I've had this bra for awhile. I've gained weight over the past year and gone up in band and cup so now it's just all wrong, but here is info from when it was a better fit (and when I reviewed it on my blog, below.)
The band was slightly tight. The cups were a bad fit for me. There was some wrinkling at the top corners but the seam in the middle cut a line across my breast tissue. I might have been able to correct that with a larger cup, but I suspect that this bra would work better for someone with firmer breasts.
Very bad bra for my boobs. The cups feel a little smaller than they should be, so maybe this would be a good bra for someone in-between 30F and 30FF. The band is really firm, stretching to just under 30inches, so I'd recommend this to someone who likes 28 bands as well.
It's just so crazy wrong for my shape that I can't think of very much to say.
I've had this bra for a year and a half and I keep coming back to try it and keep not wearing it. I've worn it a few times under really thick t-shirts and, although it is a little too tight and the cups wrinkle just a touch at the very top, those aren't the main reasons I don't wear it. The main reason I don't wear this bra is because of the construction: top part fine lace, bottom part fine mesh, with a seam that is presumably supposed to fall where my nipples are. I would 100% wear this bra if it weren't for the fact that said seam falls close but not quite on my right side and ridiculously too high on my left side. It's a really pretty bra and feels fine, but I'm just not interested in having to wear extra nipple covers under this bra. It's very irritating.
This is definitely the best fit I've found to date. Unfortunately, it isn't as uplifting as I'd like, and the side slings slightly misshape my very soft breasts, so it doesn't look too great in a profile view But the fabric is very silky and comfy (which makes it far superior to my Cleos,) the sides actually come up high enough to keep my boobs from sneaking back out, the band is the perfect firmness, and generally it's just lovely. The bow pattern is so cute too!
