    Didn't fit

This is strangely fitting bra. One of the tightest bands I've ever encountered--I take a 30 band in Freya and Fantasie, and actually feel like I might need a 34 with this. The cups are too wide for me, and I can't quite fill them on top--yet when I measured the cups, they were considerably shallower than bras that actually fit me. In any case, I'll be returning this one. Ladies who really need a 26 band might consider this bra in a 30 band, though.

This bra I was excited for as it's typically hard to find a nice bra close to my skin tone. Turns out this fit is all wrong for me. I tend to be pretty even (neither FOB nor FOT) with some projection and soft tissue so my girls can adapt to a myriad situations. This bra gives me a bit of quad boob but there is also space in the bottom on the cup so I don't think it's a sizing issue -- I may try this in a 34G to see, though. I usually don't have to size up for Parfait bras, but this is my first padded bra from them so maybe that makes a big difference.

The straps are a bit wide and the band is a bit tight, it's a beautiful milk chocolate brown color so very disappointed this doesn't fit.

This bra appeared to fit at first and even be slightly large for me (which made me sad) but after wearing two of these bras for a few months I noticed that I was having trouble keeping the wire in my inframammary fold. I realized that the bras are too shallow for me which is why they were gaping along the top edge. (The same thing happened when I put on an old 32C molded bra that used to fit better, which makes me think that tissue migration has caused my shape to become more projected.) Also due to the shallowness, the apexes (apices?) of the bra cups ... get pushed out to the sides and leave me with less material in the front where it's supposed to be, which looks fine under clothes but very odd indeed without them.

This puts this bra in an odd position, in my opinion. A Parfait Lauren, which is is supposed to be a sister cut to this bra, gaped slightly on a shallow friend of mine due to the bra having too much projection yet gapes on me because of a lack of projection. This bra is certainly shallow-friendly, but probably not as best friends.

This band runs tight, apparently, so I went up a size and down a cup... but the cup is too small now, and frankly I just think this shape is wrong for me. The straps are too wide, the gore doesn't tack, and somehow the cups are also a little too big.

  6. I have two of these and really like them! Parfait has snug bands and this 4 part construction seems to suit me very well for the cup shape!

  7. I think a lot of Parfait bras are good for even shapes, this one is another winner for me. It's open enough on top and gives a nice lift, but also doesn't have much in the way of center fullness, which is what I want in a bra. It's a very pretty bra too, with lace bow print on the top of the cup and is otherwise very simple. That is perfect for my general style - a little bit of embellishment but not too much!

This is a really gorgeous bra, in a deep violet color. Others said it has a similar shape as the Charlotte but this bra fits me a lot better than the Charlotte for some reason.

This bra gives a nice rounded shape. I get nice cleavage on my larger breast but there is some emptiness depending on how I move with the smaller breast. I like the design, it's very sturdy, and FIRM. This band is tight! I got the bra new so maybe that's why, but it is definitely more a 28 band, maybe even fit a 26. It fits more like a 28FF, it runs small like other Parfait bras.

Another issue is the straps are set close to the armpits so it can be irritating when moving your arms forward but this is an issue I seem to have with every bra so I will deal with it.

This bra looks much prettier online. I think the mesh looks odd with the seems . It seems like it would be a good t-shirt bra because the seams are flat. The straps are too far apart for me and definitely a bit big through the cups. The back fit ok, I've read that this bra can run a bit small though. It seems like a decent quality bra and is comfortable, but I don't think it looks good enough to be paying that much for it. It looks very bright in my pictures but it isn't like that in person. I think it looks kind of dull and the detailing is a bit boring.

  10. The thin foam padding of this 30F purple Parfait Donna Padded Bra is thicker and more rigid than that in:
    (1) all my Fauve Padded Half Cup Bras (Marla in Midnight, Maya in Butterscotch, Emmanuelle in Ink)
    (2) my Fantasie Rebecca Spacer Foam Underwire Bras in Purple

The thin foam padding of this 30F purple Parfait Donna Padded Bra is thinner and slightly more flexible than that in:
Parfait by Affinitas Casey in Beige

The 30F purple Parfait Donna Padded Bra fits well. The side view shows a slightly flattened above-the-nipple appearance, but that does not denote an ill fit. My ... Fantasie Rebeccas' side view is evenly uplifted. My Fauve half cups have a miraculously rounded and projected side view. It is probably not fair to compare the side view of a half cup to a balconette's, though, which is what I believe the Donna is. I'm pretty sure the Donna would hide any evidence of nipples no matter how cold it got. My Fantasie Rebecca bras do not always do this. My Fauve half cups always do, but mine have evenly textured fabric to accomplish this.

Until recently I avoided even lightly padded bras because they take up more space than unlined bras. My unbelievably gorgeous Fauve half cups won me over. I'm not sure it would be worth keeping the Donna if only because its rigidity means it would take up more space than the above mentioned bras.

I bought the Parfait Donna Padded Bra used, and it arrived covered in dog hair and god knows what else. It also has fraying elastic that looks like whitish-clear threads sticking up from the mesh wings. The previous owner had machine washed it. I will be donating this bra because I can't get the horrific image of its initial arrival out of my head.
