This is not my size. I got it for my cousin but never gave it to her and now I'm selling it new. Ive worn this brand and style before in my size and it fits comfortably. However, size is important, this will only be super comfortable if you're truly in the correct size.
This bra seems to be made for shallower breasts with less immediate projection. It's probably more of a sexy-time bra than a wear-every-day bra because of the very low cut; the cups barely cover my areolas.
This is my first bra in my correct size range! Close in size, mostly shape that's off?
What was good about this bra? It's SUPER cute! The pink color is great, and the lace, tassels, and bows look good and are sturdy. Straps adjust well, are thick and comfortable on top of shoulders.
Does it poke? Is it comfortable? The straps cut into my arms/sides on the front. The gore is too wide and pushes my boobs apart uncomfortably. I find myself scooping and swooping throughout the day because it rides up a little.
Does it stretch out? As of 6.24.15 I just acquired it. I'm still ...wearing it on the loosest hook (there are three), I anticipate having to wear it on tighter hooks as it stretches out.
Pros -Seriously, it's adorable. -It seems well constructed, we'll see how it stands the test of time. Cons -From looking at the pictures of the models, I didn't realize my nipples would be right on the line where the full coverage portion hits the lace. Therefore my areolae peek out into the lace portion quite a bit. -Not quite the right shape, the whole thing is too wide-set for my body (gore, cup placement, strap-from-cup placement). bought this on a whim because of a sale, but like i suspected, parfait bras just dont work for me. the shape i get from this is the same "block boob" sort of thing ive ogtten from others in the brand- it looks very squared off when looking down.
For this bra, its probably exacerbated by the fact that the cup seems too small/ shallow. i can hardly scoop into it, and when i do it feels like the cups push into my chest and try and push tissue out by my underarms. the gore cant actually tack because the cups are too small. i don't think i'm going ...to hazard trying this one cup up, because even in cups where i had enough room, Parfait by Affinitas bras seem not to mesh with my shape. i will say however, that the top is open enough not to cut into my tall breast shape.
itds a damn shame this doesnt work- its so pretty! the pink is super vibrant, and theres all sorts of lace up the tops of the cups and the sids of them near the band, as well as little tassle details.
the band feels snug but fine- it only goes to 33, so for those needing a 34 inch long band, they may want to use an extender with this. i can comfortably fasten it, and my underbust measures between 33 and 34 most days. Read more 129 more words
It's the most comfortable bra I've worn in awhile. It feels like most of the readily assessable bras in my size range are either for Grannies or nursing mothers, so it's nice to have such a truly cute bra. The color, the lace, the tassel on the bow. So cute! It can feel a little industrial on, the straps are so thick. And it seems to get less comfortable the longer I wear it, or if I get any kind of sweaty at all. So this is maybe a cute, going out bra. Not a wear all day to work bra.
I normally wear 28G (UK), but since Parfait runs a cup and a band small I go with 30G in their bras. However, even that is too small for me in this model. It's simply too shallow and my boobs are pushed up and in so I end up with quad-boob. I'd recommend this bra for someone who needs average-width wires and shallow cups, and normally wears 28FF/28G (UK).
I'm pretty disappointed that this one doesn't fit me because I love the way it looks. The pink is very vibrant and the pale pink embroidery is really pretty. The little tassel in the gore is adorable. The wings are ...nice and sturdy and the straps are super comfy—shiny on the upside and soft and felt-like on the underside where it touches your skin. It says 100% polyester on the tag, but the lining in the cups feels cotton-like. Very soft and comfortable.
Though it's called a "padded" bra, I don't really consider it that. The cups are made of light, flexible foam.
Worn a few times and washed only once. The one time I washed it, I stupidly did it in the same batch as a new black bra, so there is a little discoloration on the right cup—a spattering of small dark blue dots. See photo for details. Read more 108 more words
Saw others say that the band was too small so I ordered a 32ff instead of a 30ff. Gore doesn't lay flat, and it digs a bit. Overall a nice bra, not my favorite but still good. I cut all the tassels off due to bulk and I didn't find them pretty. I wish the lace was a tiny bit stretchier as it quad boobs halfway up the lace
